Dr. Taylor was attentive to my needs. He took the time to work on various trouble points and give me exercises that focused on those points. The facility runs very efficiently and I was never waiting too long in the waiting room.

I have been to Balance Rehabilitation multiple times over the last few years for recurrent dizziness. Both Mark and Daniel are very knowledgeable about the vestibular system and excellent physical therapists. They both took the time to really listen to me and analyze my symptoms. They also took the time to educate me on the vestibular system and explain their recommendations. The PT assistants at Balance Rehabilitation who work with you on balance exercises are friendly and caring. Balance Rehabilitation sent a report to my primary care physician and she was very impressed. She said that it was the most comprehensive PT report she had ever seen. I will be going back to Balance Rehabilitation if the need arises again.

And the therapy extends beyond the appointments...through their customized StriveHub app, I am able to easily replicate the exercises at home, and the goal setting and progress meters in the app provide much needed motivation and accountability. The staff also provided printed copies of the exercises with illustrations and explanations. The facility itself is very light and bright, clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern machines and technologies. Parking is easy to find any time of day. The front office staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I am deeply appreciative of the care and professionalism I have received at Balance Rehabilitation. I've already referred them to friends and family and now my husband seeks treatment there for C6 ridiculopathy. It is without reservation that I recommend this office to anyone in need of high quality and compassionate neurological, vestibular, balance and orthopedic physical therapy services.

Went in to get help with my vertigo and was very nervous about having to experience the head spinning with the epley maneuver. Dr Daniel was very calm and reassuring and walked me through in detail what the process will be and asked his assistant to be present to hold my hand. He fixed the issue with only 1 round of the maneuver. While the process was not pleasant I knew I was in good hands. Appreciate the skillfulness and empathy they have.

With vertigo and vestibular migraines for the past year, I have decided for Daniel Taylor and his team to treat me. Exercises, massages, grounding, and nutrition were recommended as part of my healing journey and I have the utmost respect for this type of treatment. The staff from the front office to the back is extremely friendly, professional and most importantly consistent.

I recently received physical therapy at Balance Rehabilitation. My therapist Dr. Mark Wegener definitely delivers exceptional treatment. My symptoms have already been greatly improved after just 3 sessions. During the first session, Dr. Wegener listened to my complains of symptoms and medical history with great patience. After examination and reviewed my MRI, he explained to me in detail what to expect next step and what the goal of therapy is. He is a very skillful doctor and has excellent bedside manner. He delivers effective results and very personable. I am completely satisfied with my treatment and I would recommend anyone who suffers from injuries, pain or neurological disorders to seek help from him.
