Balance Physical Therapy & Human Performance Center

This was my first experience with physical therapy. Kirk and his team were great, very kind and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone, you won't be disappointed .

I am very impressed by everyone at Balance Physical Therapy. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Silvia and Lupita with their warm smiles. It made a big difference especially since I was nervous about going to meet a new physical therapist in a new center. My first visit was for my evaluation (exam) by the physical therapist Dr Kurt Muñoz. He is extremely kind and demonstrates that he genuinely cares for his patients.. He knew about my health condition that few know about. Dr Muñoz explained every step of my examination process with models so that I could understand what he was looking for and why it is very important for my treatment. Dr Muñoz also has a 2nd year PT doctoral student Julia helping and learning from Dr Muñoz. Just as Dr Muñoz, Julia is very friendly and patient. On my second visit I was helped by Laura the physical therapist assistant and by Chris. They both treated me with kindness and respect as the others did. I now look forward to attending my PT sessions, knowing that I will be helped by a very caring staff in a welcoming environment. I like that they have private treatment rooms for when privacy is Important. The open gym floor is spacious, clean and not crowded at all. I highly recommend Balance Physical Therapy in Watsonville.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and taylor a plan that best suits you. Non-judgemental and always encouraging, it is a great place to rehab what ever your needs may be.

It is a great facility to come to for physical therapy. Kurt is awesome, he knows what he’s talking about and he’s very informative. He helps you get well and the staff: Silvia and Lupita are wonderful. The difference between this facility and others is it is warm the minute you walk in. You feel like you are home. We call him “Captain Kirk”, not anybody can wear that name!! 💪👨‍✈️

Kurt never fails to explain things very well and if I get too comfortable he gives me something challenging. Lupita is always wonderful at what she does. I just really love the atmosphere and it’s a great place to be!

Balance PT in Watsonville has been extremely helpful with my back and knee issues. Kurt and his staff are kind, knowledgeable, challenge me, and have a great sense of humor. It is always enjoyable to come to the clinic and I feel that they have helped me with my arthritis problems. I highly recommend Balance PT in Watsonville.

Great environment. Positive team helping us through our injuries and regain strength very encouraging. Kurt, Lupita and Silvia always giving 110% helping all their patients. Electric stimulation,and heating pads, or cold iceing the areas depending on the ingnjury very relaxing and soothing. Welcoming and caring team.
