I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bakersfield Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of my strength and balance over the last several years due to multiple surgeries and recoveries, including 2 back surgeries. I previously received physical therapy at two other well known Bakersfield providers, but BSMART is by far the best in my opinion! In fact, there is no comparison with the other providers. BSMART offers focused therapy for your needs. The therapists are very professional and dedicated to providing solutions for patients. I just completed 4 months of therapy with Darin Seibert and Erica who work at the Coffee Rd office. It was so helpful to me! My plan was obviously targeted to address my specific problems. Every session included education on the best exercises and ways to move. I felt very motivated and encouraged after experiencing improvements so I even purchased a quite a bit of equipment to use at home. Darin is so knowledgeable and a great communicator. He totally put me at ease as did Erica, his assistant. I will miss them, but I know I can always reach out to them with questions. If you need PT, I highly recommend that you get started at BSMART.
