Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital

Excellent care was provided to my father at Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital. The rehabilitation hospital was very clean, and had spacious rooms. The staff to patient ratios were really good. Staff was kind, responsive and professional during my fathers recovery.

My Mother was admitted to Bakersfield Rehabilitation after an ER visit to aide in her recovery. The facility was Amazing! The premises were Beautiful, Very Clean, and the staff were both Caring, and Professional! I highly recommend this center!!!!!

After a week in the hospital recovering from acute pancreatitis, we transferred my 97 yrs old mother to this wonderful rehabilitation facility to help her regain her strength. She was so weak she could not get out of bed on her own. The entire team of nurses, therapists, dieticians, and aides were so attentive, kind, and caring throughout her 10 day stay. It was a pleasure to visit my mother from the minute I entered the hospital lobby to the nurses station, to her private room with a full bathroom. The facility is modern, clean, and so cheerful and my mother received The Very Best Care! Her strength improved rapidly with the daily physical and occupational therapies and she has since been able to safely return to her home and resume her daily activities. If you have a loved one who needs rehabilitative care, I most highly recommend Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital to provide the necessary and specialized care.

The entire staff is well trained and my mother's care was impeccable. The facility is modern and very well maintained. Communication was consistent and I am more than glad that we entrusted our mother's rehabilitation care to BRH. As a family we had a marvelous and productive experience and are forever grateful for the outstanding care and expertise provided at a difficult time. I actually miss seeing the staff and may visit at some point. Kudos!!!!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful care my husband received here. Every person in all capacities were professional, caring and willing to help meet our needs. Beautiful facility and well maintained. Spacious single rooms. Well equipped Physical Therapy rooms. They helped not only my husband but my needs were also considered as I stayed with him. Don’t hesitate to send your loved one here for care.

Sadden in the experience my grandmother had with one of the nurses elder short grey hair!! the lack of attention!! Not wanting to take her to restroom or shower her is just sickening!! Why work where not content or don’t wanna help!! And racist to your own people is just disgusting shame on you!!!!

Nursing staff good. Communication between management and patient, terrible. I have waited for 7 days and still no Doctor to talk with.

I am probably the happiest person alive. I do not exaggerate. I was having breathing problems. I was listless. I was close to death. I'm 68 years old. It was discovered that my heart is only 25% efficient. I'm type2 diabetic. My kidneys are shot. I'm now on dialysis. But I'm happy as can be! Everyone at the rehabilitation hospital showed me dedication and a desire to make me well again. I was taught how to eat properly. One on one trainers helped me get my strength back. State of the art equipment made working out enjoyable. I had a private room. Assistance was always I immediate if requested. I consider these professionals my friends. I love all the wonderful people at Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the Cafeteria staff for accommodating my every request. I was there on Thanksgiving day and was allowed three huge plates of delicious turkey w/trimmings. I'm now thriving. I'm riding my motorcycle every day. I work my 12 acre property with a renewed zest for life. I can breath again! I am so happy!
