Dave & Miranda are super horrible. This agency is horrible. If you have a loved one needing care, please call anyone else. These people will just milk your insurance & will not provide any actual care. Dave spent 8 minutes with my father who had a stroke and does not speak English & Dave couldn't tell which side of his body had the stoke after his "evaluation". But he did tell me about his truck that cost $75,000 and his big boat. Then they billed us for an hour. Miranda the "Supervisor" said well your not paying the insurance is paying. Then she told me good luck with getting care for your father and hung up & wouldn't give me her last name. I wish I could give 0 stars. These people really really do suck.

Not good they made my family member wait for a nurse who scheduled a time and then showed up extremely late. The nurse didn’t explain anything to my family member either so it was almost like he was there for 5 minutes then had her sign some things and left. We aren’t sure what we do next I guess wait until the next call or hope someone in their office can help. I give it a one star I’m sorry but when you schedule a specific time you should be there this was unprofessional and we waited around for a long time.

You cannot deny that everyone tries their best. In a place full of negativity, health workers are some of the best people. Community service goes a long way in my books!

This agency just lies. Some members are cool, but they don’t provide that many services. Health aides aren’t really that available. Been told that they would show up. NO SHOW. Bad experience.
