The front desk staff were not knowledgeable and fed me incorrect information. Although I should have checked myself, I didn't, I trusted them when they told me all I would have to pay is a $15 co-pay per visit. This was not true. The therapists were ok though I kept seeing different ones (otherwise it would take a long time to get an appointment) none of whom could give me a diagnosis with high confidence. After several visits which ended up costing much more than I anticipated I stopped going as I didn't see much improvement and felt as if they just wanted me to keep paying for unnecessary treatments.

Very thorough assessment and caring staff. Staff are very young but seem competent. Equipment is in good working order but could use some updating as it appears quite worn. Office is difficult to find the first time due to no signage from the street, and is located inside the office building at 805 Veterans, turn to the right once you go inside. Easy parking. Easy scheduling.

I met with Anna at BAK Physiotherapy for 12 visits to address a severe biceps tendon strain. Anna is very knowledgeable and helpful. Through the work of Anna and her team, my pain is gone. In addition, Anna put together a strengthening plan to reduce the likelihood of a return of the pain.

This place is horrendous! They have no idea of what they are doing & they made my condition 1000 times worse! They are very unfriendly, incompetent and unprofessional. Not recommended unless you like being in severe pain all the time! Avoid this place!!
