Keith is an artist. I landed at Bainbridge Island PT after a few years of knee struggle and poor results at other PT places. He has over 30 years in the business and was familiar with all the nuances I needed to get better. I’m particular about getting the right care for my body and Keith exceeded all my expectations and also sent me home with a plan to take care of myself. I also check in with him from time to time when an issue comes up. I’m not sure what else you could ask for.

BIPT is simply the best. I've been a patient with Garett Jacobson regularly for months. I've had the most progress with PT there than anywhere else I've tried. I'd recommend even for serious issues including post back surgery, arthritis, joint & muscle pain. The staff are all so friendly, personal and caring. I'm so happy about the new space on Madison, no more stairs to climb...yayy! I'd totally recommend and they're still in Premera network btw. Finally, I can't help myself but say that anyone who is going to write a bad review due to a mistake in scheduling probably needs to see a psycho-therapist, not a physical therapist. That's just a mean thing for anyone to say and totally unfounded.

Don't be fooled BIPT at least the receptionist does not give a dam about their patients. I called to schedule appointments on Thursday June 2nd 2016, after rearranging my all my other appointments for 2 weeks they called me the same day of the first appointment to cancel them because they were with different therapists. Really this is how much you care about your patients? Pathetic.

Just make sure your insurance is contracted with them! They won’t tel you and then surprise you with a nice big bill

This place is the best Trish is the best and so knowledgeable, and the front desk people are day makers.

Resolved issues that plagued me for many years, and helped keep me going to Crossfit when I thought I would wash out. Recommended.
