Bainbridge Health and Rehab

My husbands grandmother was at this facility and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice we made. The admissions director at this facility was amazing. She is the most caring and understanding person to have to deal with when making this major transition. The physical and occupational staff was wonderful. The nursing director, nursing staff and the aides cared for her as if she were their mother or grandmother. We believe she received the best care possible!

This facility has made tremendous improvements over the last several years. Very clean with attentive staff. Lisa Kelley is always available and just a phone call away when there are questions and/or patients are needing placement. She consistently goes above and beyond to help patients and her community. I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa Reynolds and Lisa over the last 15+ years and am very proud of how they have worked to make improvements, not only in the care provided at Bainbridge Health and Rehab, but in the facility itself to make it a better place for the patients and families.

Bainbridge Health and Rehab offered a professional clinical site for student nursing assistant learning. The staff members were all welcoming and eager to promote a positive learning environment for the students while showcasing the importance of providing and promoting a nurturing environment for resident care and safety. Thank you Bainbridge Health and Rehab for such a wonderful learning experience!

Just made a visit to someone in rehab today. I was very impressed with the staff. They were friendly, kind, and working hard. The facility was clean and all the patients I saw seemed to be in good spirits.

I am a nurse in Bainbridge and have had several patients admitted for both short-term rehab and long-term care and I have received nothing but excellent feed back from my patients and their families. All I had to do was call the admissions director, Lisa Kelley, who made this process so incredibly smooth and not only the patient but their family very satisfied every time. No matter the time of day or what Mrs. Lisa is doing/where she is she has no problem helping or getting someone to help you!

This facility has many great employees. I have admitted several patients for rehab. Lisa Kelley is available at any hour of the day to help these patient get admitted for short/long term rehab. I have called Lisa after hours concerning a homeless patient for placement. She made this possible. She works hard to benefit the needs of the patient/Family.

My family member is in Bainbridge Health Care for Rehabilitation. Today when I visited the staff was friendly and helpful. We and she is getting adjusted to a new place and new environment.

This place should be called the Bainbridge death care facility. This place is disgusting and they neglect and abuse the patients.
