My dad has been in the memory care unit at Bailey Creek for year. There are no words to describe the excellent, consistent care he has received. Looks are deceiving, it is an older facility but don’t let this deter you. I live several hours away and I have never announced a visit. He is always up and fully dressed, bed made, room spotless. Matt never fails to take our calls and give us thorough reports. They are so patient and kind with him. I am in healthcare myself, I know first hand how difficult it is to obtain a Medicare 5 star rating. It’s a big deal and in our family’s opinion, well deserved!

Having had experience with multiple facilities due to my husband’s health concerns, I can honestly say that there is no place that measures up to Bailey Creek. The level of care given by the staff is unmatched. I can honestly say that they spoiled me a bit. I will be forever grateful to them all. Thank you!!

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. As a former CNA, and the horror stories that I hear on a regular basis from my best friend is ridiculous and honestly sad. She’s in there for mobility issues and they have yet to even try to help her get back to where she was. They talk bad about her not only behind her back, but also where she can hear it. They can’t even give meds at time they’re suppose to give it. I understand rounds and getting backed up can happen if someone falls etc. But, it’s a daily occurrence. As well they leave people in wheelchairs for long periods of time, every hear of bed sores? I’m sure that is a thing here. I worked in many nursing facilities. But, by far this is the worst and I wouldn’t even trust them to watch a gold fish.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you have choices do NOT pick Bailey Creek. They did not take care of my father in law and he ended up sick again, instead of sending him back to the hospital they sent him home. He passed away not even 2 weeks after they released him.

My 90 yr old MIL was here for about a week and a half before she passed away today. She was brought in on hospice. I assume the nursing staff was great, hospice was awesome, but accounting… not so much. MIL hadn’t been deceased for even an hour and Rochelle I believe was here name, pulled my brother in law aside and was harping about money, land deed etc. No, “I’m sorry for your loss, is there anything we can do!” The lady was rude, uncaring and didn’t seem to care that my husband or his brother had just lost their mom!

I'm giving BC one star because I can't write a review giving them a zero. My dad was there let than 24 hours before we knew we had to get him out of there. He transitioned from the hospital to the skilled nursing wing to receive rehab/therapy. He is a "fall risk" and they knew that from the beginning. He had also been very confused and unable stand and get out of bed. He was left for five hours the first night without anyone checking on him. Fortunately, my brother was staying with him and kept him from falling. When my brother went to the nurse's station to ask that his diaper be changed, both NA's were on their phones. When they did come in the room, they wanted to argue with my brother about my dad being wet. When they were told he needed to be changed, one of the NA's replied, "You need to say please if you want him changed." I could could tell a lot more that happened. Please don't put your loved ones here!
