Traci is amazing - friendly and professional! I went to see her because I had a deep ache and tightness in my upper hamstring which was impacting my ability to run. She spent about 45 minutes asking me questions and assessing my movements. Towards the end of the appointment she prescribed a sequence of stretching and massage with a lacrosse ball, twice a day (only takes 2 minutes per session). She showed me how to do it, took videos of me doing it for clarity and sent a written recap. After about 2 weeks of following the plan and only 1 appointment with Traci, I am back to running pain-free!! I highly recommend you make an appointment with Traci if you have pain/discomfort that is hindering your ability to move and do the activities you love!

Traci has helped me immensely over the past 8 months to get me back running . Not only did she refer me to Dr Ankit Patel who provided the right steps in treating my condition of lower back pain without having to resort to surgery but also provided simple corrective exercises complemented by the strength/core exercises which helped alleviate the pain during my work day and when working out eventually getting me back running after a couple of weeks of PT . I just completed two marathons this year without facing any lower back pain whatsoever which had prevented me from doing so for almost a year and half. I can't thank her enough for helping me continue along my running journey and would totally recommend her services.

I have treated with Traci on multiple occasions. She’s helped me through the aches and pains of Triathlon training and competing. She’s also helped me with my shoulder and lower back from sitting at a desk all day for work. Most recently, I woke up and couldn’t move my neck. I went to Traci for two treatments and she provided a home exercise program with 2 neck exercises. It’s been 2 weeks and I am back to 100%. Traci’s knowledge, skill, and incredible attitude, sets her apart from any other PT I’ve been to. She wants her patients to get better and be proactive with their own health. The impact that she has had on my health and quality of life is beyond words.

I would highly recommend going to Traci for your Physical Therapy needs!! This is the service I went to her for when I tweaked my back, of course doing something I "always do" lol!! She assessed me and gave me simple/easy exercises to do between our two appointments ~ the key is you have to do your exercises between appointments!! I've had three appointments so far and my back is feeling 99%!!! In addition to PT, I discovered Traci is certified in the Body Swing Connection, Level 1 - Titleist Performance Institute! Her location is easy to navigate and located right on the Katy Trail inside Kiva Pilates Again, I cannot say enough good things about Traci and her practice

I have nothing but positive experiences with Traci. She helped me with my lower back pain. I have been to many therapists in the past but after her therapy I felt lot better in short span of time. From the very beginning in the process she will take good history and will do a through assessment. She is very patient, would outline a clear plan and will set the expectations accordingly. She has vast experience and she uses that to make life better for her patients.

I cannot recommend Traci and her services enough. After hurting my neck and having some incredible pain, I went to see her hoping she could help. After only one session I felt so much better. Her knowledge and care for her patients is unmatched. She spent time to really understand, not only what caused my pain, but my normal day to day activities to make sure I would not inadvertently reinjure it. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and sent me home with my own exercises with detailed instructions on how and when to do them. After only seeing her the first time I felt so much better, and went back a few days later to do another session to continue the healing. I feel like a new person only 3 days after my first treatment. I will not see anyone else for any future issues. She was top notch!

I normally dont write reviews but running is an activity that is close to my heart. I have had a recurring IT band issue as well as glute inactivation that developed and worsened over the past few years. I was at the point where I couldnt run for more than a few hundred yards, and in trying to avoid the pain, my legs compensated with other muscles which would progressively tighten and then I'd have to take a couple of days break before I ran again. I was also having a hard time hiking, because descents, or even just coming down stairs, hurt my knees and thighs immensely. Traci was recommended to me by a fellow runner/cyclist and I visited her for a few sessions and I am now running 15-20 miles per week and slowly ramping up my mileage pain free. Traci was attentive to what I was saying about my running pain, and observed me go through a few movements to see where I had imbalances/weaknesses. Over a couple more sessions, we progressed through exercises that improved my strength, mobility and flexibility. I continue to do these, but it was amazing how quickly I rebounded to pain-free running by activating the right muscles and strengthening them. I would highly recommend Traci to anyone seeking help with pain or discomfort associated with movement or sports.

Traci was my PT for a neck injury. I did 10+ visit w her thru the neurosurgeon. I have visited her at Bacon PT as a private patient as well. Even brought my son who was having some shoulder issues. Traci is a professional who does an incredible job at helping ID issues and provides consistent follow up. She is the one to goto for PT. HIGHLY recommend.
