I had never been to a chiropractor before. I was recently in a car accident and having low back pain. Everybody there is so nice, friendly, and informative. The atmosphere and people are so upbeat and positive. From the ladies at the desk, all the way to the doctors, everyone has been phenomenal!!! They listen, and do thier best to make you comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend coming here for any back issue, they have a ton of other services as well

The team at this backfit has made such an incredible impact on my quality of life! I came in with chronic sciatica after trying many other modes of treatment. I loved that my x-rays were taken immediately and an appropriate treatment plan was formed and discussed with me. After just a few weeks of care here, I feel so much better. The team is so genuine, kind, and caring. Thank you so much! I am so happy to have found providers who put this much effort into my care.

I’ve been dealing with neck and shoulder pain from an old injury for 12yrs.now. Discovering Backfit health and spine, I must say these good folks truly know what they are doing. I’ve been to several different doctors about this injury and no one could give me a proper diagnosis. After my first consultation, I knew exactly what was going on with my injury. The doctor was amazing. Gave me a detailed breakdown of my injury and for the first time I fully understood all of the pain I have been experiencing. I recommend anyone that’s experiencing any type of pain, Backfit is the way to go. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t say enough about the whole staff here at Backfit. They all are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I came in with a level 10 and minimal movement of my shoulder. I have been coming 3 times a week for 10 sessions and my pain level is a 1. I have graduated to 2 times a week. They definitely can help you too.

Dr. Austin is great! In fact, the whole staff is wonderful. It is nice to fondly find a doctor and staff that understand chronic pain. Definitely recommend to everyone.

To whom it may concern,I just want to say my experience to this place was awesome when I first got here I was torn to pieces emotionally mentally physically but doing my therapy little by little it began to help me feel he staff treated me so nice I have nothing but good to say about them they are so kind professional caring and friendly it’s hard to accept my release because I got so attached emotionally do to my therapy helped me when I was broken down and the therapy and the staffed lift me up and got better I am very grateful I will miss them but always have them in my heart sincerely Jorge Quiroz

This place is so disappointing and some of the people that work here are disrespectful. The lady in billing name Jamie is so rude and disrespectful. I tried to set up a different form of service and she didn’t help me she didn’t like that I asked for a different service. Why would I spend my money somewhere when I’m treated like that. The give the service the customers is asking for when they are paying for it. The need to fix their attitudes when dealing with paying customers.But I would like to thank you Dr. A Dr.V and J those are the only people that truly care in that place.

I have been going here for 4 months for chronic neck and back pain. My headaches have gone down considerably and my back pain has greatly improved! I love that I get to do some physical therapy before being adjusted, to help loosen up. I also love how everyone asks how your feeling each appointment and adjusts my session accordingly. Everyone here is super friendly being able to get massage in the same location is a n added perk!
