I never leave reviews, but I feel like have to share my experience yesterday. I was referred by my daughter, because she’s had a great experience and they actually got me in the same day. I’ve had neck and hip pain for years and years. When I went yesterday the staff was very welcoming and the doctor sat and listened to me. It’s hard to find doctors that take the time with you and don’t make you feel rushed. The treatments I received really helped me get some long overdue relief. I will be going back and I definitely recommend them.

Backfit is a wonderful clinic for treatment of pain! I have been going for a month and I am so impressed and am starting to feel better! Every single person working there is so genuinely kind and caring! Truly a 5 star clinic

My personal injury lawyer (Sweet James) sent me here after a bad accident i was in a few months ago. They have been nothing but kind and so helpful to me. I’ve been treated elsewhere in the past for another terrible accident i was in (i guess i attract rear endings???) and the quality of care does not compare to how amazing they have been at BackFit. I am finally getting so many answers now for all of the pain I live with! Physical therapy is great with JM, Dr. Hubbell & Dr. Gen are amazing chiropractors, and Katelyn is such a knowledgeable + kind PA. Every person here is wonderful. I am lucky to have them helping me get through such a challenging time in my life. ☺️🙏🏼 thanks guys!!

IF YOU CAME THIS FAR… Read this one review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff & Quality of service: 10 STARS They are funny friendly empathetic and no matter the concern they are quick to resolve it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Care from Doctors/PAs/Therapists: 10 STARS They ACTUALLY listen to you & they care about your medical history including every detail - no matter how silly it may seem. Most important, they recognize that no one treatment will heal your body. From Chiropractic, medical, RX, physical therapy, even to holistic approaches … they want to attack your issue from every angle they can. I was most impressed by their demeanor. I asked a lot of questions and they never rushed me out or made me feel dumb for it. In fact some of the PAs were so empathetic to my need to understand, they drew pictures to explain what may be happening to me personally. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cost of services: 9 STARS First off, forget using insurance. That’s a waste of money to even have insurance honestly. It’s a waste of time when you’re trying to heal too. See, I’m an avid HSA queen who protects her health and pocket book. Which also means, I Self Pay. And I prefer it. Let’s be honest for a moment, medical is usually so expensive… with inflation these days it’s worse. Add insurance… and it becomes even more retarded. Fix it America… okay but rant over. So on average I pay about $140 per visit. That includes my Trigger point injections and a visit with Chiropractor for an adjustment. I’ve literally paid $300 just to visit a regular medical physician for 30 mins in the past, so in my opinion BackFit prices are more than reasonable because it includes treatment… that actually addresses the root cause of my pain. They will offer you a treatment plan… I know … I hate those too. But you’re not going to pay for treatments you did not receive. So I just threw $1500 at them to see if their services even “fix me” a little. Trust me, it’s what I would’ve paid as an out of pocket cost for an ER bill… so it was worth it in my mind. Thank god I did.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️DO THEIR TREATMENTS WORK?: Yes, they do and honestly if they hadn’t sent me for more imaging outside of their services I would’ve never known I had three bulging disks in my neck. Just trust the process and remember that healing won’t happen over night. But if you stick with BackFit they can have you feeling better in as little as 2 months. So I hate physical therapy but the in home gear they gave me to work with my neck helped a lot even though I grit my teeth at the thought of using the “Dinnerroll.” The trigger point injections and the Chiro adjustments twice a week were what truly healed me so quickly. I have three bulging disks in my neck and chronic muscle tension. So getting aligned and telling my muscles to chill out helped me get back to feeling like I’m a teenager again. I’ve only been in treatment with them for about 2 months and I have my full range of motion back in my neck. I can sleep again… and on my favorite pillow too. No pain. I can even breathe more easily because my muscles don’t have me wrapped up in a constant “standing at attention” stance. Which also means I’ve been able to run again. I haven’t woken up with a stiff neck or any neck pain for a week now & I owe it to this team. Overall, choose BackFit if you’re local and truly want to heal as quickly as possible. Self Pay. Your health will thank you. 😊

Dr. Genesis Larkins was awesome. She provided me with relief for my sinuses and ears that have been bothering me for several weeks. I saw an ENT Doctor several days earlier who pretty much blew me off and claimed I was having TMJ pain without doing a thorough exam in the 4 minutes he spent with me. The staff in the front office was friendly and very helpful. Very happy with my experience there.

Excellent Service from beginning to end. Klorissa at the front desk was absolutely amazing and the Dr. seemed knowledgeable and compassionate .

Dr Hubbell has magic hands!! Always given great adjustments and his hands are really relaxing, super gentle yet strong firm touch. Very helpful and understanding to the needs.
