Dr. Noah, Joy Nurse practitioner, Alexa PT Assistant and all the office staff are amazing. When I came in for my back pain it was at a pain level between 9-10 and between the PT, the adjustments and the trigger point injections my pain level is down to a 2-3 I’m feel less pain being able to do more without being in pain afterwards is just amazing I feel like I’m getting my life back finally. Thank you Backfit for helping me get my life back without pain.

I’m months into my treatment, and I would recommend this location for sure. The team communicates well with you and with each other, I do feel that everyone cares about making the quality of life for each patient better. It’s a nice atmosphere with knowledgeable, caring people who are there to do the work with you to get you healthier. Thank you!

This business is s professional and have kind and helpful staff. The ability to get PT, see a nurse practitioner, and get a chiropractic adjustment all in one spot is also quite convenient. They treat your body as a whole. Would highly recommend.

The BackFit family is simply amazing, everyone that I have come in contact with has made sure that I am being well taken care of, from the lady's at the front desk, to the therapist, as well as the Doctors. I truly appreciate their help in getting my body back to some type of normalcy. I honestly believe that they truly care about me getting better, actually being healed!

Great staff! Dr.Noah, Dr. Joy, Jen, Alexa and the entire staff are great and amazing! I had a lot of numbness in my fingers and shoulder pain due to thyroid issues and flare ups. That have been able to help me reduce inflammation and pain. Highly recommended.!

Been seeing this on Instagram. Had to give a try. Got here today, treated me like a patient and not a number which felt good. Dr. Noah and the message lady. (Can't remember her name. Angela I think) was informative. Definatly a group of happy people who love to do there job and want to show the world. Glad I came and will be going back over and over to get treatment from them as long as I am here. Thank you and I will see you all on Thursday at 5pm.

SCAM! Referred for physical therapy...after 3 visits NEVER received any therapy! They are bilking Medicare and I reported them for fraud! After months I get a bill that has errors including the date of service. What a bunch of hooey at this place. Went elsewhere and received PT the first visit. I told them I didn't believe in nor want chiro services (a scam, imo), yet they billed for them. Zitnik is a scammer and said he was working closely with my doctor. They had me come in for 3 visits and did nothing! Just a BIG SCAM!

I don’t like leaving less than positive reviews, even when they’re warranted. I just feel for small business, though I’m not sure these locations are franchised. But my experience here was lacking in almost every way, and I’ve been to other locations. I was drawn to this one by a FB ad offering back decompression therapy. On my first visit, I was advised we’d only be taking X-rays and then we’d get into treatment in my next visit “if I was a candidate.” Ok… Today was that subsequent visit. After reviewing the X-rays w/ the chiropractor, he explained to me that I wouldn’t be undergoing the decompression therapy today either. Rather, he insisted that he didn’t want me to be sore before my upcoming trip and suggested I have at least a couple of treatments and adjustments before decompression (which is what got me through the door and what I’d paid for). Despite my polite but insistent persistence that I’ve never had even a moderate pain/soreness response from adjustments, he didn’t want to do it. Ok. I’m not the chiropractor. I’m disappointed, but I go with it. This now means 3 or 4 or even more paid visits now to get what I’d initially paid for... But I’m going with it. I don’t feel mislead. Next, the fee schedule gets introduced to me. A thin young woman with a ponytail came in and gave me the prices for therapy. I’m self employed and would be cash pay. Adjustments would be $50, with physical therapy $96 or $98, and with decompression therapy each visit would be $134, I think. Again, I’m self employed and do OK. And I came here fully prepared to prepay for 20 sessions to hold myself accountable the same way I’d done at their other location. But the visit soon began to feel more like a cash grab. I’m OKAY being a source of profit for a business that provides me a service. I’m not ok with feeling like that’s all I am. When I walked out to pay, I was advised physical therapy and adjustment would be the $98 for the day - neither of which I want. But because I was on a tight schedule I only wanted and adjustment before my flight - no physical therapy. The young lady then advised me to have a seat and wait for the doctor in their stretching and therapy area. I said “you k, I’m just gonna sit on that chair real quick and stretch while I wait (so the adjustment takes better). She coldly looked at me and says “That’s part of therapy.” I heard contempt, so I clarify. I say “I literally just want to sit in your chair for one minute while I wait.” She repeats “Well, that’s part of therapy.” I just didn’t like the tone. And I’m beyond irritated that she’s implying a pay another $48 to sit in this stretch chair that’s free at gyms across the valley. I didn’t want physical therapy. No therapist’s time. Just to stretch alone for a minute or so. So I sit and wait. As I’m leaving - the kicker. The woman taking my firm when I check out and who’s supposed to schedule my next visit asked me when I’d like to schedule next visit, to which I politely replied “I don’t think I’ll be coming back.” Her reply - a nonchalant “Oh. Ok.” And that was it. As a business owner myself I’d lose it if I knew we handled a customer this way. Here I’ve gifted you an opportunity to address a situation where most customers would just leave and you’d never know why they were unhappy. And instead of try to figure out why or what I didn’t like, after spending whatever amount they did to bring me, a new customer through the door, this employee just did not care. I wonder if any of them have a concept of how costly attracting new customers is. I doubt it. Especially one who buys your service in bulk. It’s a one and done for me. And two visits in I STILL didn’t get the decompression therapy I paid for.
