Amy is a remarkable physiotherapist... I have had shoulder issues for years, decades really, with very little success with other physiotherapists. I've had two sessions with Amy since injuring my shoulder and she has made considerable progress on that joint. Amy is incredibly patient and really takes the time to explain how to do things right and not make things worse. I highly recommend her studio for anyone with skeleto-muscular injuries!

Iris really listened to my list of issues and based on the info I put on the intake forms she had a plan for me. Each exercise she had me do, she pulled out the anatomy charts and explained exactly which muscles were being target and why. The exercises didn't *seem* really intense but here I am the next morning and feel a delightful soreness in my deep abdominals which means they are waking up! 10/10 would recommend!

Amy and Iris are the two PT's that I've seen at Back to Life Physical Therapy; they both are very knowledgable, and thorough in their explanations and guidance. In addition to their abundant knowledge in the specific area of pelvic floor, the extra care and time they put in to really listen, understand and then instruct me have been what distinguishes them in the field of physical therapists. I have improved since starting to work with them (a year ago). The office is kept clean and neat, and is full of natural wood, natural light, and includes a library of pertinent material. Colleena, the receptionist/office manager, is a wonderful and personable and efficient part of the team. I highly recommend this practice.

Amy Selinger takes the time to understand and treat you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. She focuses on building strength, and is very skilled at problem solving. She is willing to try multiple interventions and always seeks feedback from the patient as to what works best for them. I wish there were more medical professionals who were as caring and competent as Amy.

Impressed with my entire experience so far. The team is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, accessible and affirming. As someone who is not the biggest fan of phone calls, scheduling an appointment via email was a breeze. I also received my post visit exercises via email and was asked what method of communication I preferred for both appointments and follow up materials. I wish more of my healthcare experiences were at the level of care and communication I have received

Incredible second sight and ability to listen and diagnose many subtleties not evident to most PT's or doctors. Such useful ideas, follow up exercises and excellent instruction. I am so lucky every time I encounter Amy Sellinger

Dr.Sellinger showed me the exercises I need to live a full life without pain or disability. I do the exercises, and I feel great. She sees things others miss and it helps her get just the right plan for each person. She’s the best!

Amy is a life saver, over the years she helped my wife my son and my self in many occasions. From back problems, to shoulder and other issues, she is our go to physical therapy (or more accurately physical therapy on steroids)
