Had PT for my neck. The PT assistants were great. However, they have too many clients to tend to at once. Several times I had to wait (about 5-10min) after finishing my reps (doing an additional 2 more) waiting for the PTA to come back as they were tending to other clients. I also had to ask what exercises I should do at home. They wrote down the exercises on a sheet of paper, some were hard to follow. I have had PT from other places and all have given pictures along with instructions on how to perform the exercises at home. The PTA stated that they didn’t have a program for that. I felt that Back to Golf really tries to cut costs by not having enough staff, etc. Also, I was charged for a certain amount of minutes with PT Jeff. Several times he only worked on me 10 minutes. I will never go back.

Had a good experience with the physical therapy part, not so much with the front office. At the end of my required PT, about a month after, I received a bill for a substantial amount. I paid the requested co-pay at every visit. Why wasn't I notified of the wrong amount? When did they discover the wrong amount? My health insurance provider says there is a dedicated line for providers to call to verify benefits and obtain co-pay information. Why didn't they do that? I left a message on their voicemail the same day that I received the bill, the outgoing message said they will call back within two days. No call back after three days, so I called them and spoke with an inexperienced individual. She tried to get out of the conversation by saying the conversation was not productive. Hello? I'm the customer, you are the provider. The customer should be heard whether you are uncomfortable or not. After the customer is heard then we discuss a solution. Who teaches these people about customer service? Apparently no one. Update. Approximately a week after the previously mentioned call, I received a call from a different office staff member who said she works part time and was calling regarding the co-pay discrepancy. She went on to explain how it happened, which basically meant they made a mistake and didn't catch it quickly. Perhaps if she worked full time, the staff could be trained thoroughly and these types of mistakes would be less likely to occur.

Had a great experience with Melissa and the staff who supports her. She has wonderful energy and positivity and was happy to challenge me when I was clear I wanted to push hard for a quick recovery. I was over a month ahead of schedule getting back to the sport that I love and I am very grateful to the staff for helping me to achieve that!!

With the pool therapy there was no one-on-one guidance. You were told these are the exercises, here are the repetitions, then the PT was gone and when you were finish you had to wait for them to come back while they were working with other patients somewhere outside the pool to tell you what was next.

Mixed feelings. Everyone on the team besides Jeffrey Latz was absolutely amazing. Everyone follows covid protocol besides him. Walks extremely close to everyone with mask under his chin. I asked him to please pull his mask up when walking past me and ignored me and kept his mask completely down. Sad and disappointed. I previously told the front desk I was uncomfortable with him being so close with his mask down but no actions were made.

Lost the medical referral twice, so I wasn't able to be seen there. Can't comment on the quality of the physical therapy.
