I've had the misfortune of needing PT twice in a year once for surgery and another for vertigo. I'm very pleased with recovery results for both and billing/appts are run efficiently. I also lov their location backing up to the coal Creek Trail creating amazing views from the therapy rooms

My therapist, Lisa, takes the time to listen to me, has patience with me and my condition, is understanding of my symptoms and pain, and one of the kindest people I know. Cory at the front desk always has the answers to my questions and responds quickly to messages and is always friendly and thorough. I have always felt in the best of care at Back to Action. Their therapy in the warm pool has been excellent for my case as I'm able to do movements I otherwise cannot do when not in the pool and the warm water is comforting. I highly recommend Back to Action.

This group of therapists are great. Luke is pushing my wife to improve after two sessions. He realizes the strength of my wife mentally and physically.

This was a disappointing experience for me. I have been experiencing constant shoulder/neck aches, and went to physical therapy as one approach to healing. I have a couple of gripes: The physical therapist that I went to seemed to be looking to me for answers, rather than using her expertise. I had mentioned that I had heard about dry needling, and wanted her feedback on if she thought I would be a good candidate for that. She responded by stating that 'she was qualified to do dry needling on shoulders and neck' and that if I wanted it we could start that next session. I wish that she had given me more guidance on if that could be a good treatment for me, rather than just that she could do it if I wanted it. I didn't feel confident after hearing about her qualifications, and felt like I had agreed to something I didn't feel comfortable with. I did not end up going back for the second session because I did not want to receive dry needling from her. I was told that the session would be $95 if I went through insurance, or $85 if I paid in person. Being a similar cost, I went with the $95 option, so that it would go towards my deductible. Two months later I received my bill, for $121.28. I would have paid directly, not going through insurance, had I known it would be more. When I called Back to Action they said that there was nothing that could be done. I was ready to continue regular sessions with Back to Action, but didn't feel comfortable returning with the high cost and the lack of expertise I received. I instead turned to acupuncture and regular intentional exercise on my own, and have been feeling better after 3 years of pain.

I love Lisa Duncan! Best physical therapist I’ve ever had. I have a history of trauma and abuse and she makes me feel so comfortable and safe. I highly recommend her and this practice.
