I was excited to start my ACL repair therapy with this group of ladies after reviewing their website, credentials and online reviews. Sadly things did not work out for me. I was scheduled for an evaluation visit and was met with great resistance and abruptness by the receptionist, I never saw her smile while I was in the office. She told me that her concern was that the office would not get paid for my visits due to a Medicare insurance issue, rather than show/express any concern for my health as a new patient. Her judgment regarding my insurance was incorrect and eventually got cleared up, I soon met the physical therapist for the evaluation visit. The first 15 minutes with therapist were rather overwhelming and definitely upsetting; upon meeting her, she spoke in an unnecessarily loud, stern voice, and seemed annoyed that she had to deal with me. No smiles. I guessed her attitude may have been, in part, due to her conversation with the receptionist after I first arrived. She eventually softened up and things went more smoothly from there. It became obvious that she is a skilled and competent physical therapist. After an uncomfortable start, she showed me some very valuable, helpful exercises and shared ideas for simple, yet effective, equipment I could purchase for home use. Even though I believe they are committed to their profession, I know that this is not the type of climate that I will benefit from, most especially considering I have six months of PT ahead of me, which I will be seeking to do elsewhere.

Robby was really great and really helped me start mending my mind muscle connection. Great people all around.

Wouldn't recommend if you need to use an insurance for payment. They are not willing to summit an insurance claim for you, so there for they want money out of your own pocket, which is very expensive. I even had my insurance company call and assure them they would get the payment.

I’ve been coming here the past two springs after injuring myself running each year. Jackie and Liz are awesome and always help me to feel better quickly. They are welcoming and make PT fun. They have helped improve my effiency and stride for running and I’ve been able to take time off my average splits. I always received emails reminding me of my appointments and front desk staff has always been super helpful in sorting out insurance questions or scheduling! I highly recommend Back on Track!

The women at Back on Track are fantastic! They run a practice focused on the whole person, not just the ailment that may have brought one in. They ask pertinent questions, listen to concerns, and come up with a treatment plan that fits into my life. I have seen 5 of their skilled practitioners for a variety of needs. It is an upbeat, positive environment.

Let me start out by saying I liked the environment at this place, and Jackie was nice. I'm extremely unhappy about their policy though. They don't call to remind you of appointments and after 1 missed appointment they give you the boot. I don't recommend going to this place unless you don't have small children who get sick occasionally! The person at the front desk has a HUGE lack in communication skills as well.

VERY disappointed to find out because I was sick X 2 and told by the State of VT to stay home if I think I might have COVID, I was told I cannot reschedule as I cancelled twice! I guarantee it is because I have Medicaid as I have experience with type of BIAS. In my eyes, MONEY HUNGRY and should NOT be in the medical field. I guarantee that had I had better insurance that they get paid better, they would have rescheduled my appointment. I am also contacting the Healthcare Administration to file a formal complaint for discrimination. Have your Physician refer you to someone ELSE! They didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me that. I had to call again to see why they did not return my call. UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD KNOW. (Worked in Medical Field 34 years)
