Back In Balance Wellness Center

As a regular patient here for over a year, I can say Dr. Dan is fantastic. He is a wonderful chiropractor, and his services are always top notch. However, management and customer service are another story. The manager, Gavin, is horribly rude and condescending. He has no concept of customer service or politeness. When attempting to schedule a regular appointment, they tell me I need to pay a huge sum of money for a "reevaluation" which they claim is state law and unavoidable. Why would I need to be reevaluated when I am being seen every 3 weeks? The answer is they are finding a way to nickel and dime patients any way they can nowadays. The manager says the fee is unavoidable and in order to continue being seen you need to shell out $100 per year to line their pockets. A reevaluation would take less than 5 minutes, and they completely refuse to provide this as a complimentary annual service. They would rather lose patients than be kind and reasonable.

Best chiropractic office around! Dr Shaun is great. He listens to your concerns & takes the time to explain his treatment plan. When I have a unexpected problem, the office is very good at working me in with Dr Shaun or another chiropractor in the office. The massage therapist, Kylee, is wonderful. I have seen her for years at various locations & she is the best! Thank you Back In Balance for the wonderful services you provide this area!

I have had back problems for years, and I've been coming to Back in Balance for more than ten years, now. Having seen each of the doctors here, I can say that I always leave feeling better than when I arrived, usually with very significant pain relief. Each has his own techniques, and I enjoy the occasional variety. This visit was extremely helpful! Thanks, Dr. Dan!!

Dr. Dan listened to my concerns and offered very useful information. He completed his assessment and started the work right away. He could have added X-rays as an added cost to me but he said he didn’t need them, so an honest business. I look forward to continuing to work with Back and Balance!!

My back had gotten so bad that I had severe pain across my lower back to the right side and sciatic pain down my right leg and into my foot. I couldn't walk for more than three minutes before I had to sit down to recover from the pain. I started with Dr. Dan, who greatly improved my pain level in just three appointments, salvaging an upcoming vacation that I had had planned. I have continued with him based on his recommendations and I continue to improve. I'm so grateful for his knowledge and treatment! Thank you, Dr. Dan.

Dr. Shaun is a chiro wizard and directly targets the most painful areas. Linda is always eager to help and opened my eyes to the healing power of acupuncture. The support staff are always helpful with scheduling appointments and any insurance issues.

I have hurt my shoulder, unable to reach my right back on top of that I have plantar fasciitis. I have felt so awful for so many months. I’m so thankful that one of my colleagues told me how great back in balance chiropractors worked great on him. When I experienced them, they worked every detail problem I had with my body and ever since I felt so good and continuing all my appointments with them.

I’ve been going to Back in Balance for 12 years and have always had the best service. Routine chiropractic care has been the only thing that has worked for me and controlled my symptoms. My provider knows me well and is quick at finding the source of my concerns. I always walk away feeling better!
