Back In Action Therapy

I saw Rachael for my back and broken wrist. I had seen a different therapist where if I stated that I had pain, we would stop the exercise completely. Yet with Rachael she would encourage me to work through the discomfort. And successfully was able to recover from my injuries. And during getting to know Rachael with my physical therapy, I grew to know her and found a future/home as an employee of this workplace.

I had been suffering from Sciatic pain for months. My doctor recommended physical therapy. I didn't expect much. The staff was so nice. Rianon, Sara and Larimie started with stretches and added more as my weekly visits continued. I graduated a couple of weeks ago and I am pain free. Even when I over exert myself and feel a twinge of discomfort. I know which stretches to do to relieve my discomfort. Thanks and It is comforting to know that there is this level of physical therapy in town.

I had a total shoulder replacement in February. Scott has been amazing helping me in my recovery. I have range of motion that I haven’t had in years! Scott even tailored my therapy to help me get back to shooting archery!! Monica, his tech, is the sweetest person. She always checks to make sure I feel welcome and I am comfortable. I highly recommend Back in Action if you find yourself needing PT.

They took care of a problem I had with the doctor’s order. Although, I have to wait until I talk to my doctor, I will be back. They were awesome in taking care of my needs!!

I had the most awesome experience with Alex and Chelsea. They managed to help me get to where I am no longer had the back pain I did when I came in. They were friendly, which made me feel comfortable talking with them as I did my exercises. And they, encouragingly, pushed me to do better than the time before with a variety of exercises. And, lets not forget the front desk. They were so nice to have as the first faces when coming in. They always gave a pleasant greeting, which made for a nice start to the visit. I couldn't help myself and said, "I hope I don't see you again! I mean that in the most positive way." I was sad leaving and knowing I won't be seeing those friendly faces anymore, but my healing is completed! Thank you all for being so awesome and I know more people will feel the same way!

TLDR- Awesome staff, Nice facility, Fix physical needs, Sarah Hannah and Chelsey are the best! As a member of Security Forces in the USAF, I have troubles with neck and back issues from wearing 20-40lbs worth of gear every work day all day long. My troubles are chronic neck and back pain that have a pain scale of 7/10 most days. I have been going to Back in Action Therapy for over 12 visits now and have had significant improvement to my pain and also feel like I am having a ton of improvement with my mobility. In those 12+ visits, I have had a great time communicating with my physical therapist, Sarah, and techs that assist, Hannah and Chelsey. Not only are they awesome to communicate with while doing my exercises, but they are well knowledgeable at what needs to be done to fix my issues. It has been a great experience overall doing physical therapy at Back In Action Therapy that I def recommend it to anyone that is having issues with their physical body needs.

I’ve been going to Back in Action for about a month now. Rianna is amazing! I went in with so much pain and within a few sessions I felt dramatically better. She is also very personable and easy to be around and talk to while going through the exercises. Her therapy technician Bella is awesome too, always so sweet and helpful in making sure I have everything I need. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been working with Sarah after having a very severe injury to her left arm. She had 4 surgeries to save her arm and Sarah has been able to improve her range of motion each week. We are so thankful for her help and we know that Sarah will be able to get her full range of motion back in the next couple of visits! They are amazing at this office and I highly recommend them!
