We love Ms. Olivia! From day one, my child has been excited to work with her. She is very friendly and patient, even when my child has a meltdown. Not only can I see a difference in my child’s speech, but so can others. I would gladly recommend Ms. Olivia! Lisa, the owner, has also been great whenever we’ve needed anything.

We love Backbay Speech and Occupational Therapy they have been very supported to my son and our family since day 1 . They are very welcoming my son loves the facility. They have also accommodated my schedule in the best way possible for our sessions. Our therapist is Olivia, she has been extraordinary, she has gone above and beyond to support Mateo, we have seen so much progress, my son loves her very much. She also gives him feeding therapy, I have seen so many changes in his way of eating and in his way of communicating and above all they respect his way of learning. We have finally found a team that believes in my son and in bringing out his best potential.

Lisa Butler is amazing! Our case is improving! We went somewhere else for more than a year with no gains (Therapist assessment as well as ours.) Lisa and her team at Back Bay Speech Therapy really do a fantastic job helping us navigate something that, frankly, we knew nothing about going into it. My son had a feeding disorder where all he ate was purée foods. We saw several Feeding Therapist for food therapy with little progress. Once we started seeing Lisa, my son instantly bonded with her in the feeding followed. He now eats ALL solid foods and I have not used the blender for months!! We are forever grateful for Lisa’s technique , warmth, and patience.

Micayla at Back Bay Speech is truly wonderful. While working with her, my child’s skill and confidence in her speech grew in leaps and bounds. My child absolutely adores Micayla as well- she makes every session fun and specific to the child’s interests and personality. A+++
