Back 2 Health Physical Therapy

This is an awesome place. The staff are kind and patient they work with your own pace. The Dr’s.. example Dr. Ian is a professional, there for you and not a paycheck he knows and understands the difficulties of an individual trying to get back to the grind. Definitely recommend this facility if you are dedicated to getting back to health.

Everyone at the Hollywood Back 2 Health is great! They know how far to push you,are concerned and considerate, and seem to really care about their clients. I really like working with Dr.Tom...he has the magic hands. Even the front staff is great! I suffer from insomnia and sometimes have to cancel at the last minute and their great with it. Go there...you won't regret it.

Back 2 Health is an exceptional place. Individual attention, with every session ending with ultrasound, stem therapy and massage by expert Doctors. The highest professionalism I've ever experienced.

Back 2 Health is an excellent physical therapy facility. Efficiently operated, with caring, knowledgeable staff and personnel, it provided me with exercises, training and hands-on treatments that vastly improved my mobility and wellbeing. Unlike the 45-minute one-on-one sessions that most PT centers offer, B2H feels more like a gym center with teams of professionals working patients through a regimen of activities and exercises to treat their issues. Ultrasound, massage, and other manual treatments are also an integral part of their comprehensive effort to rehabilitate each patient. B2H is by far the best PT facility I have been to. I strongly recommend.

Dr Paul is beyond amazing!! A true healer & so dedicated to bring his patients back to being as good as we were before we were injured. I am so blessed to have Dr Paul. I broke my shoulder & my wrist & his expertise & dedicated care & support has been monumental in my healing. I highly recommend him to everyone!! I was provided with an incorrect estimate which resulted in me getting an unexpected bill in the mail that I was forced to pay even after trying to call the office to resolve it. Only after I left a 1 star review they reversed the charges but even that took an unnecessary amount of back and forth Service and treatment was good

This place is very sneaky in that it doesn’t allow you to actually work with a physical therapist unless you pay out of pocket EXCEPT during your first visit but, conveniently, no one mentions this MAJOR detail until you come back for your second visit. It is buried in the pages of paperwork you sign during your first visit, so technically they communicate it. I suggest being super upfront about this from the beginning. I will not be giving my business to this organization because of this non-customer friendly practice. I would have given only 1 star, but I gave 2 because the physical therapist and therapist aid were both great to work with — no issue with them.
