When first walking into the office I was nervous, but the staff from the get go gave me an experience of comfort and immediate relaxation. I felt very welcome and they were certain to answer and alleviate any questions or concerns I may have had. I particularly was impressed with their patience and showed genuine care for their patients. I’ve been to many doctors where I have felt like I was just a number and they were trying to get me out the door. This experience was splendid and I just wanted to acknowledge and applaud their hard work and integrity in caring for patients. I have my next appointment next week and am absolutely looking forward to it! If you’re looking for an office with employees who care, are experienced, all while providing a comfortable space- I recommend to try back 2 health.

Back2Health is my favorite place to do my much needed self-care. The team is so accommodating, caring and I genuinely feel welcomed when I walk through the doors. The front desk staff are always pleasant and so kind to squeeze me in last minute with my busy schedule. Dr Ryan, Dr Adam and Dr Jerry treated my daughters and I when we had a car accident. The care and the equipment was far more superior to the first 2 places we were referred to by the insurance company. As a spa owner I have to take care of my health and I have continued my care with them for that reason. I have also seen my daughter’s neck go from straight to having a natural curve. I have been going to Back2Health for a few years now and recommend them to all my massage clients. Family takes care of family and that’s how I’m treated here. 🫶🏽

Dr. Adam and his staff are amazing! We were in their office for 2 reasons. Dr. Adam is hands down the most thorough chiropractor we have been to. He advised of findings that no other doctor had shown us. We will continue using this location! We thank you Dr. Adam and staff and the other doctors there! Keep up the good work.

Met with Dr. Adam. Great guy. Thorough exam. 2 days with him was better than 6 months of kaiser insurance PT. An actual plan is in place and a direction. That is proper health care without the bureaucracy. Had issue with scar tissue. He found the scar tissue and a plan to break it up. Worth a visit.

I went here for about 8 months, but quit as the office environment was too toxic. There was a lot of complaining, gossiping and backstabbing of staff and coworkers. A young woman was hired who was a family member of one of the chiropractors which was not a good decision. Never should family work together unless it's an actual family business and even then it should be with discretion. There was tension between this young woman and staff which was obvious and it affected the atmosphere of the office. I could not continue under these conditions as it affected my overall senses so I could not relax. I found myself dreading going here. I don't know if things have changed since I left, but I would not return. The staff turnover is ridiculous. There also seemed to be one chiropractor who took the major load of patients which I thought was strange. It made me wonder what was wrong with the other two. In all my years of going to chiropractors I have found that it has been trial and error in finding one that fits my particular unique needs. No amount of years more or less of chiropractic experience makes a difference. It's finding the right one for you. That was not for me at this business.

It’s been almost 8 years and I found myself in excruciating pain on my right side of my back. Right hip, right lower back and stiffness in my right side. I contacted Back2Health 8 yrs later again recently. I’m making some progress. I’ve been a patient with Back2Health more than 16 years. They never failed me. I’m still a patient and looking for more improvement soon. Please 🙏🏽 see “Adam Hall” and his associates. You won’t regret it. 🤩🩻🤩🩻🤩🩻🤩🩻🤩 🩻

I don't write negative reviews. I didn't want to write this review. I began seeing Dr. Ryan in April of this year. I have zero complaints with him; he was great. I wish I could say the same about his office staff. During one of my many visits, I was told that I would need a back brace and that they would be ordering one for me. Two months later, when I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, that already came in." How was I to know this? No one bothered to let me know. I also realized that I had overpaid at every visit and was due a refund. I found this out on my own after I began receiving checks from other providers I had seen, as we had met our deductible and out-of-pocket max. I mentioned this during a visit and spoke with Camille in depth about it. She gave me the runaround and basically had me to her job for her. Mind you, I was receiving refunds from other providers, and none of them needed my help to make this happen. The checks simply arrived in my mailbox. So, I sent Camille every EOB at her request, even though she had access to the same information. This process started in May, and every time I asked about it, I was told that she would 'look into it and get back to me.' That never happened, of course, which prompted me to call again, even emailing at times, and still not receiving any response. I then escalated the issue to Dr. Adam who seemed to care, but again, nothing happened except for being told a refund had been sent back to my debit card. Two weeks later, no refund in my account. After countless emails, most ignored, I was finally told that 'it got kicked back' (what??) and a check would be mailed to me on Saturday, Sept 28th. I live in Goose Creek. Had the check been sent, I would have received it on Monday, which I did not. On October 2nd, I emailed Adam again to let him know I had not received the check. He did not respond. Today, Oct 3rd, once again, there was no check, so I drove to the office. Adam would not come to the front to speak with me, instead sending Camille to tell me that she put the check in the mail just yesterday. Again, how was I to know this? No one took the time to let me know it had actually and finally been done. Will a check show up in my mailbox tomorrow? I highly doubt it. The level of dishonesty I was met with has been astounding, and at this point, I will be shocked if it ever shows up. Either they are robbing Peter to pay Paul or they legitimately do not care. Neither is ok. Edit to respond to the owners response. You are still being dishonest. The check came today. Post marked October 2nd. Again, it is the dishonesty and lack of accountability that will keep me from returning. Camille told me herself she put it in the mail yesterday when I came there Thursday. Yall should work on communication to get your lies straight at the very least.
