Very courteous staff. Minimal wait time. Therapist is very thorough when explaining where and what causes the pain to occur. Explains how the excercise helps to reduce pain. All staff treats you like if they have known you for years.

I give 5 stars! I've had the best experience at Bacci & Glenn. The assistants Ann and Rosanne are so friendly & very helpful, the girls at the front desk fit me in when I call for a sooner/later appt the same day & are so pleasant. I can't say enough about Chad (PT) & Sarah (PT/MGMT) how knowledgeable, personable & caring they are. I've had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners & he showed the same characteristics as his staff, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I didn’t like this place, my ENT dr diagnosed me with something new and he wrote a note for the therapist to adjust to my hands physical therapy. I saw when the therapist helper told her about the note and she straight up ignored it. On June 17 was my last time there and the physical therapy was too rough for me. As I was getting home my low back pain got worse, after that appointment I had to cancel all appointments that I had back to back ongoing. I can’t even move currently after enduring a lot of pain from Monday to Wednesday I finally went to the ER on Thursday morning. They did a CY scan and they said that my L1-L2 disc had shifted 2mm. The ER dr told me that the physical therapy was too rough for me. Today June 26 still having horrible pain because of my last appointment on the June 17, that I am still having to cancel all my appointments for the next few weeks. I am not ever going back to them.

Coming to Bacci and Glinn PT has been so pleasurable as I recuperate from shoulder surgery. From the front desk Erica and DeBeth to Dr Sarah, Tyler, and Ann, and everyone else who have worked personally in a team effort to get me moving again. They are most kind and considerate in a laid back environment, encouraging me to increase my movements and help me solve problems of deterrences to everyday life. I cannot thank them enough. Update, after a visit with the surgeon, he was very pleased with my progress and scheduled for another 12 weeks of PT. I am hoping they are as efficient, knowledgeable and kind as Bacci and Glinn. UPDATE: the repair of my rotator cuff failed last November, 2023, and I had a reverse shoulder replacement in May. After my initial 2 week post op appointment with my doctor in Virginia Beach, VA, I was given the ok to fly to CA for additional family support. Upon arrival in Lemoore I called to schedule PT with Bacci & Glenn. It was like coming home. Again everyone was glad to see me and Dr Sarah did an assessment and I began recovery. From Janie and Erica at the front desk to Lorenzo, Anna, Roseann, Adolpho, I was in good hands. Bob Bacci oversaw how I was progressing and was so kind in allaying my concerns about the healing process. I cannot begin to tell them how much they helped me - not only getting my shoulder moving, but allaying my concerns about the healing process with this difficult surgery. I’m sorry I cannot stay in CA but must return to my family in VA and establish new relationships for PT. Bacci and Glenn are great and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you!

I had a total knee replacement and came to Bacci & Glinn two days post-op with a walker. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. The office girls were great. The physical therapy staff were outstanding. Lorenzo and Tyler are amazing. A few short weeks later it was almost sad to no longer need their services and I was walking better than before my surgery. Bacci and Glinn is the best!

First and foremost, I would like to thank Bacci and Glenn Physical Therapy For your provider participation in so many insurances, which include Medicare Advantage and Medi-Cal HMO as well as Covered California Plans. I am very grateful for the wonderful, amazing and compassionate staff. The therapy and exercises I am receiving has helped me regain strength and movement on my knees and back. I always look forward to going to my bi-weekly physical therapy session appointments. I was very pleased with physical therapy treatments provided at Bacci & Glinn. The front office staff was pleasant and helpful on every visit. The therapy clinicians are attentive and involved. They continually evaluate both your progress and comfort, modifying the exercises as needed. Dr Bacci is very personable. At the onset of treatment, he offered all the time needed to assess my injury. The Doctor described the nature of my injury and the prescribed therapy program in an easily understood manner. Dr Bacci checked on my condition and advancement regularly. At the conclusion of the treatment, Dr Bacci offered a thorough explanation of my progress and the potential advantages of future treatment options. But the most important aspect of any physical therapy is the results. At the conclusion of my program, there was a significant improvement in my condition. There was a marked reduction in my discomfort and a measurable increase in my range of motion. I rate that as successful! I don’t think I could have found more effective physical therapy providers, nor found them in such a professional and pleasant environment. If you are in need of physical therapy, Bacci & Glinn is an excellent choice.

Have had more progress achieved here than any other physical therapy office. For both my hip and shoulder! The staff are easy to talk to and it's an overall great experience. They understand and are more knowledgeable here. I am very happy with my experience and results! Will definitely be coming here for any of my physical therapy needs, no doubt about that!
