Baas Physical Therapy

I have been going to Baas Physical Therapy for a few months now, and I am noticing great improvement in my health. In my opinion, the level of competence, training and professionalism of the staff was immediately apparent to me. An injury can be quite devastating! Pain can affect our mood and shape our attitude. It's likely that clients can be crabby and at times unpleasant! The staff members always appear to be 'present' for the clients. I have always been made to feel welcome.Their level of care impressed me when I was a client four years ago, before the pandemic. Then--I had the misfortune of another injury! When my Physician opted to refer me to Physical Therapy, I immediately said, "I want to go to Baas!" Everyone there is friendly and they are very good at what they do. I especially love the pool workouts! I feel my body getting stronger and I am experiencing less pain with each visit. I am grateful to all the staff there for their helpful assistance and consistent good cheer! I especially want to shine a spotlight on Michelle, Julian and Alice! I look forward to my appointments twice each week.

I'm an IHSS worker and my client really liked them. Then one day something happened in the pool. One of the therapists made a comment telling the rest of the people in the pool to not touch her. Like she was contagious. So she didn't want to couse any problems and nothing was said. Then she came walking out one day with her therapist. They never had walked her out before. So I was really kind of puzzled. And before she can get all the way out the door trying to talk over the therapist my client said I fell. The therapist immediately and rudely talking over my client. Said "well I wasn't there I didn't see it". Well I could tell my client was uneasy about saying anything more in front of her. And the therapist was doing everything to make it seam like my client either did it on purpose or was lying. And she also was saying it couldn't have been slippery because she asked her assistant to wipe it down, she never checked or wiped it down herself. Well she couldn't really go back for 2 weeks cause she was in pain. Well when I called to let them know the 2 different people I talked to had no idea what I was talking about, because the therapist never told anyone she fell. When I called the next time they did everything to not talk about it or brush it off. That's the problem the staff was told about it. The incident where she fell I thought the staff had been notified since one person her therapist did know when I called in the next time I was told that they had no idea about it. So I informed them and that's when I was told that if my client needed help that I would have to supply it to your staff will not be able to help her. The fact you don't know about it doesn't surprise me.

I had a referral,but I was afraid to do physical therapy. As my hip was in bad shape. I came into the office and spoke to several people. They agreed but the girl at the front desk put as a no show. How can it be as I showed up.i had the surgery and wanted the PT. But they were unhelpful.im going to someplace else.she would not remove the No show. Very unfriendly!!

My daughter was supposed to have an appointment today with them. They called me saying there was a share of cost with her insurance but when I called her insurance they said no there wasn't. I called back and was told the girl who called me wasn't available and she'd call me back. Never did...... This place used to be awesome and years ago id give 5 stars. But due to lack of communication and confusion I'm only giving 1.

My treatment at BAAS Physical Therapy was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, they were ALL very friendly. I enjoyed their company so much that I was a little sad when my therapy ended. They succeeded in helping me to heal to my ore-accident status. I highly recommend BAAS Physical Therapy!

I enjoyed the staff their professionalism and friendliness so much that I have requested my doctor to please send me back. I have severe sciatica that causes me great pain. They taught me ball exercises and stretching exercises some with bands that have been extremely beneficial. Now I just need to keep them up at home. I have gone to Baas for almost two years off and on and would not go anywhere else. Thir staff are proffesional, friendly, and work very hard to help you succeed. Their pool therapy is great. The head therapist, John takes his work and your health very seriously. It is also a lot of fun even when your working hard. I love going there.

Baas P/T is very professional and EVERYONE is as friendly as can be.It was a joy to go there and the therapists and crew are very well trained.About 98% of my cronic shoulder pain was gone at the end of my short time of therapy. Thank you Baas physical therapy and crew!
