Azalea Orthopedics was quite the experience. Everyone was cheery and helpful. But my oh my there were lots of forms to fill out. But they got me in early and out early. And DR. Raabe’s PA got right down to business and explained everything and thoroughly answered my questions, and was extremely patient with my long rambling explanations. Dr. Raabe was nice too. He made me feel comfortable, like family. Thank you Azalea!!

I will change my review due to my insurance was part of the delay on my MRI, which I had to end up paying for. I got my MRI on a Friday and got results over the phone on Thursday I think and just got the call yesterday my injections to neck was approved and scheduled for the 9th, praying they work. It's hard as you all know having pain daily that never really goes away and having to work and continue with life's daily challenges with all the pain. Prayers the injections work!!! I would NOT Recommend this place I saw Dr. Bowen for bad pain in my shoulder and he examined me and determined I needed a MRI of my neck and I am still waiting on that MRI while in lots of pain!! Called my insurance and they are waiting on the correct paperwork for my MRI ! I had to reschedule with Open Imaging 3 times!! I have sent them several messages through my patient portal and have left many voicemails with his staff and still NOTHING!!! I am in severe pain and now it will be the weekend to suffer!! I have called almost every day this week and nothing!! Will never use them again!!

I was completely satisfied with my first new patient visit. Dr. Kummerfeld was able to assess my shoulder injury quickly and professionally, as well as explain the next steps for the best path forward. Hopefully, with proper physical therapy, surgery won't be necessary.

Staff was very friendly at check in. I arrived early to fill out any paperwork that may have not been completed online and fortunately it was all complete. The nurse was so very nice that roomed me. The doctor came in, asked questions, examined my shoulder and try moving my arm in different ways. Reviewed my MRI and gave us a plan with options and possible end results if the first plan did not work. Very polite ,very knowledgeable, very patient with my anxiety and very personable. Explained the steps of the plan and we proceeded. I really appreciated the time he took with us and not feeling like he was dictating to us what had to be done but involving us in what we felt would work best for me. So glad we chose Azalea and so glad that Dr Bartley was assigned to me.

Such a relief to find a doctor (Jones) who took his time, listened, and offered real help. We were lucky to have found this doctor. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Bartley, so far, has got my genuine approval, appears to be a very good doctor. All the doctors I have had at Azalea Clinic are wonderful.
