AZ Integrated Neuro Spine and Pain

Horrible horrible please do not come here for one they never answer their phones!! It took me weeks to get in for a appt because they never answer..And second when I finally got ahold Of someone I explained to them how this medication for my migraines has been causing me really bad side affects they took that down saying the MA would call me back mind you nobody has called me back it’s been a week and I’m dying from migraines. I call today they answer and I get hung up on then call back and no answer AGAIN!! It’s not the DR it’s his STAFF he has working there for him who makes this place look bad and now we have to give bad reviews now I have to get refferred somewhere else bad customer service!!!!

If you are having neurological issues don't waste your time or copay. They are a bunch of quacks. I was misdiagnosed for over a year. I have brain cancer and they just kept saying I had MS, which I never had. I don't think that any of the neurologists even reviewed my MRIs they left the diagnosis up to the PA and just agreed with him. So if you value your life stay far away from AZ Integrated. Not to mention, the office staff is incompetent. They gave me someone else's medical records which I reported this hipaa violation to the PA. No apology, and I'm sure they didn't self-report as they are supposed to do.

Dr Singh is always nice and helpful. It used to be hard to call them because no one would answer but it’s actually been better lately

I had a dr.s appt. Last week. I went to check in, they said my appt. Was canceled, no phone call to let me know. Then I asked if the doctor could change my medication haven't found out anything in the last 4 days.. I'll never go back there again. Poor front desk service.

I have had 2 appointments so far no complaints, no long wait, they send my referral out right away and my next appointment is my results

There staff is the worded the are extremely rude in person and phone the same goes for their Drs.
