Alexis is amazing!! I am a dancer. I focus mainly on breaking but others dance styles as well. I hurt my back in Oct 2018. I went to doctors, massage therapists, physical therapist, and so much more... nothing and no one helped me like Alexis. She found the root cause to my energy and gave me exercises to help. Since her I have seen mounds of improvement. I tell everyone about her! I travel from New Mexico to Arizona to see Alexis.

We were fortunate to meet with Dr. Alexis while she was on the East Coast and it was amazing to watch her work with my daughter to assess, diagnose and improve her ballet technique. She identified a very specific imbalance and gave corresponding exercises that had an immediate effect on her turns. During an emergency online assessment, again, a specific diagnosis was made quickly that led to exercises that quickly reduced pain and returned my dancer to full mobility for an upcoming competition. Perhaps more important than her near magical PT skills though is her personal connection with her patients. She quickly established a true trust and relationship with my daughter, encouraging her to message her directly with concerns or issues. She encouraged her, but also spoke truth about what she needed to do to improve both her health and her dance. I cannot recommend AZ Dance medicine enough whether it is to address a specific injury or issue or to just help get to that next level. I am glad that we have established a relationship that my daughter can draw on in the years to come.

So impressed with Dr Alexis, her knowledge and insight into dance physicality and how the body works... my 12 yo was having balance issues and Dr Alexis after a thorough history interview and assessment diagnosed my daughter and implemented a physical therapy program to remedy her issues. Professional and warm, we enjoyed working with the Doc... highly recommend!

I'm a full time dancer and I approached Alexis for physical therapy after I injured my ankle. She has been amazing throughout this whole recovery process. Very knowledgeable and patient; you can tell she cares and knows what she is doing! Highly recommend!!

Alexis is wonderful! She helped me with ankle impingement. She knew what was going on immediately, gave me the tips I needed to fix the problem complete with what to do if I overdo it. What she provided worked immediately and I have been dancing and working out pain free for months! Why push through when you can get answers from a professional? Alexis has a giant heart and was very responsive. Thank you so much Alexis!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alexis. My daughter suffered a TBI (traumatic brain injury) in September of 2017 which left her with post concussion migraines and post traumatic headache. These headaches truly brought down her quality of life and even with the help of amazing pediatric specialists, we just couldn't find relief. In March of 2019 we decided to see Dr. Alexis to help with my daughters turn out for ballet - Dr. Alexis IMMEDIATELY picked up on issues that could be contributing to her headaches, and she literally walked out of her office that day feeling better than she had in 18 months! Her second appointment she happened to have a migraine attack that morning that kept her home from school and even required the use of her triptan (a migraine abortive medication). Thankfully we also saw Dr. Alexis that afternoon because as soon as we left she told me how much better she immediately felt! My only regret is not taking my daughter to see Dr. Alexis sooner! She truly is a miracle worker who has restored my daughter's quality of life (and even though we haven't officially started working on her turn out, by working on the more emergent issues, her turn out has already improved!) You will NOT regret any time spent with Dr. Alexis!

Dr. Alexis is amazing! She has been instrumental in rehabing my knee and elbow after surgery and getting me back dancing asap!! After even one visit I had massive improvements!! Highly recommend seeing her for anything 😁

Dr. Alexis is a miracle worker!! I can’t express enough of my gratitude for her. She has saved me from chronic pain and spending countless nights at the hospital.
