I contacted the insurance company to inquire about the status of my referral. The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. The representative did not allow me to speak, raised their voice, and ultimately terminated the call. I have never encountered such rude treatment before.

Terrible medical care. Evidently they expect that I'm supposed to sit around for a week in debilitating pain just to see a doctor. Any doctor. Completely uncaring.

do human beings work for this company or only pre recorded voice memos ?
