Mac and Jen were great therapists. They worked me hard enough to see results, but not too hard that I couldn't achieve the goals I set for myself. I have seen some improvement over the 13 sessions and the home exercises will help me maintain the progress. The location was very convenient and well maintained. Would highly recommend this office and staff.

I cannot give Mac and Jen enough credit for all the support and expertise in building and executing my rehab plan for shoulder reconstruction. I have attained almost full mobility in only 14 weeks. I surpassed the final goals of mobility 2 weeks early. Now the last bits are up to me. I’m clear to start going to the gym lifting weights and swimming in the pool. Thank you Mac and Jen for everything you have done to give my full life back!

Recommended by my orthopedic DR. Excellent care. Got me in the first few days after I called. Mac and Jen were both great physical therapist. Worked with me 2 days a week and gave exercises for at home and to continue my PT after I was released from care. Recommended to one of our golf friends and they worked her in the same week. She is also very pleased with her care. Highly recommend 👏

Jenn and Mac were outstanding when treating me for back and hip pain. I highly recommend them for their skill and knowledge. Their compassion and optimism also kept me motivated throughout the treatment.

This negative review is specifically about the owner and PT Mac. Initially, I was treated by Kelly and Cameron for a chronic disc/facet joint injury. Both were amazing and I made significant progress. For context, I am a mom to a toddler without childcare or family that could watch him. Inevitably, I had to skip physical therapy on weeks when my husband had to work late or when my child was sick. I was assured by the staff that my frequency or length of treatment wasn’t a problem at all. They understood that there wasn’t anything I could do about it and that I was keeping up with my exercises at home. I really did the best I could. At some point, the owner Mac started working there and I was assigned to him instead of my usual PT (thankfully just this one time). He was extremely unprofessional, condescending and rude. He wanted to discharge me unless I could attend PT once or twice weekly. I was told by another PT that he was going to discharge me without warning but she convinced him not to (even though I had just been there two weeks prior). he admonished me in front of everyone without knowing anything about my situation. It was so shocking that the other PT apologized on his behalf. It’s clear that patients are just a number and paycheck to him and that he will do the bare minimum without any concern for the patient’s welfare. While I was there the entire staff at this location quit, after he started working there. That speaks volumes. And I did not return either after they did. Mac your bedside manner is horrible and you need to use discretion when addressing your concerns with your patients.

AxisPro (Rockledge location) is the third physical therapy company I have used in the area in the past five years. They are, by far, the best of the three I have utilized! The staff (I had four different therapists) were all so friendly, knowledgable, and welcoming from the very beginning. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy. I felt that everyone genuinely cared about their clients' well being and recovery. Thank you Mac, Danny, Cameron, Jennifer, Megan and, of course "Jenny from the Dock"!

Very knowledgeable and competent staff. Each session, Daniel listened closely to my reports on my condition and tailored the exercises to address the problems. He is a very kind, compassionate, and friendly guy who created a positive and fun atmosphere even when doing tough exercises. I felt he knew what was needed, would answer any questions I had, and explained the purposes of the different exercises. Other therapists and staff likewise were competent and professional and the site was clean, and organized and equipped well. Very good experience and would recommend AxisPro to others.

Had a wonderful experience coming here. PT Jen and Mac, as well as the staff, are amazing and they greatly helped rehabilitate the ankle issues I was experiencing from work and soccer. I highly recommend AxisPro and this Rockledge location!
