This place is a little hidden but once you find it you’ll be glad you did. I came in today for my first Contrast session. The moment you walk through the door you’ll notice how immaculate this place is. I was also pleasantly greeted by the receptionist JoAnn & owner Kyle who gave me a tour of the place and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Honestly I was petrified to get in the Plunge and by the time my session was over managed to get the entire lower half of my body in. When I was done the entire lower half of my body felt great and was kind of mad I didn’t take advantage of the full plunge. With that being said I will be back to get the full experience. Thank u Axis, JoAnn & Kyle for making my first time a positive one!

I had an incredible experience at Axis Recovery in Conroe, Texas! After a demanding 6-mile speed work at the track, I was warmly welcomed by the owners, Kyle & Chris. The Cold Plunge, Sauna, and Compression for my legs were a perfect recovery combo. Saturday couldn't have started any better—I feel rejuvenated and so good. Highly recommend this place for fitness recovery! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been looking for an affordable, clean, good vibe location to do contrast therapy for a while now. Axis foots that bill better than anywhere in the Conroe, TX area in my opinion. As an owner of PhysioVictory and a doctor of Physical Therapy myself, I suppose I have somewhat ideal standards for this type of service and they exceed my expectations. The cold plunge is unparalleled in effectiveness. The staff is friendly. The facility is exceptionally clean and they take the time to educate you on their services so you really understand the why behind the services. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Went for the first time this week. Great location. Fast and easy access from I-45. Beautiful facility. It felt like a spa in the room where you do the infrared sauna and cold plunge. Amazing experience. Left feeling so so refreshed. My focus and energy was through the roof and sleep like a baby. 1000% recommend! Can’t wait to be back

You will immediately feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere when you walk into Axis. Every detail has been carefully considered in the design of this establishment. During our visit, we brought our two young boys and a few toys to keep them occupied while we enjoyed our services. The staff was very accommodating and made us feel right at home. My husband and I tried the cold plunge, sauna, and compressions during our visit. We were unsure about how long to stay in the plunges and where to start, but the staff at Axis patiently guided us through the process and recommended what would work best for us. It was a refreshing feeling to receive such attentive service. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Awesome experience! The facility is top notch with a relaxing feel & state of the art technology. Kyle & Chris are very knowledgeable & listen to your needs. I am a hybrid athlete in the lifting & endurance running sports. I have been having hip issues so they recommended the compression hip treatment as well as the sauna & cold plunge. After my treatment, I felt totally refreshed & like a new man. Bonus; I had a great night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be back! Check them out & treat yourself! Awesome!!!
