Axiom Gardens of Mount Vernon

My grandmother has been here for the past almost two years (this is the second nursing home we have had to put her in) and she and the rest of the family absolutely love her being here! The staff is always friendly and she loves engaging in all the fun activities they have available.. I can't thank them enough for all they do for my grandmother!

This facility has a lot of positives to speak about. I would say it has a very caring, compassionate staff. It is kept very clean. They had very few residents to catch Covid-19, due to fast action to keep the residents separated. I didn’t know they added a dementia care. I wouldn’t hesitate to send relatives there, though most of my family has passed. The employees are great to dress up during Halloween.

I am very impressed with the quality of care that is given to every resident. Yesterday they had a birthday party for one of their residents, cake, ice cream, balloons, table decorations along with cheerful toe tapping music. The staff involved everyone and had them tapping ties and dancing their arms. 😊 . The feeling of importance they gave to the residents was not a part of their paycheck rather it was a gift of love from their heart. They are to be commended.

This is a great facility with a secured dementia unit. I am a former worker and I did enjoy working here. I later would stop by to visit with my brother and mother-in-law who were both residents. The facility always looks clean and smells nice.

You have awesome employees there. You housekeeper is one of a kind she dresses up every holiday. She treats your clinits like family she keeps them company. That smile of hers would brighten up any morning. If Mount Vernon was so far away from me I might had take my mama there. I give Mount Vernon a 5 start because it's clean, don't smell like pee when you walk in the employees are very friendly and willing to help you out. You can just feel the love when you walk in.

This facility is 1 of mt.vernon finest The food is always cooked to perfection as long as TOP CHEF "terrion" made it in my eyes. They give a Very welcoming atmosphere Filled with joy and laughter specially if the morning cook is there which is topchef. Thank you Mount vernon health care for taking care of ye for me & being able to meet such kind people such as the young man topchef.

Great staff! They treat their residents great! You walk in and you can tell everyone feels at home. Great place and people to rely on to help take care of your precious loved ones. 10/10 recommend.

My mother is in this facility and she is well very good care. The facility is clean and my mother as well as the other residence I come on contact with is clean and well attended to. Whenever I come the staff is always helpful and considerate. I thank you so much for your fine care of my mother.
