Axes Physical Therapy - Ballwin

This is a well organized physical therapy location. You are greeted by the office staff when you enter. Your therapist is informed immediately upon your arrival. My therapist is friendly and knowledgeable. He is professional and dedicated. He works closely with me to explain why he chooses the exercises I am assigned. I am informed about all decisions he makes. I am improving and very happy to obtain services at this location and company.

The front desk staff at Axes Physical Therapy in Ballwin are very friendly and they make you feel welcome when you walk in. I’m thrilled that I chose this PT place because of their exceptional Physical Therapist, Jayne, who I am assigned to. Jayne has enormous experience & knowledge, and she is very detailed in explaining what is causing my pain, and what hands-on manual therapy she has been doing to help relieve it. In addition, her technique of dry needling has extremely helped in diminishing my pain level. I would highly recommend having Jayne as your Physical Therapist, as she is very thorough & personable, and has excellent diversified experience with all her physical therapy attributes. Jayne, you have truly made a difference in my pain level. Thank you so much 😊

This is the second time therapy at Axes. The first time was a broken wrist. The Dr did not think I would regain 100%. He told me 75-80 at best after surgery. Well, I did regain 100% and I thank Jen for that. We both give it our all. My wrist is fine. I am there now with both elbows and Jeff and Sadie are working me over and I am seeing results. I would recommend Axes to anyone who wants therapy and is willing to work on it. The whole staff is very friendly and they try to make you feel comfortable.

My therapist Jessica, is wonderful. She's taken great care of me. Shes very attentive to my needs and things I share with her. She's also helped me gain more mobility and get stronger. Simply put, she cares! Thanks Jessica! Lastly, all the staff has also been great and very nice as well, thanks!

My therapist has been very helpful and encouraging. He explains thoroughly what we are doing and how the exercises will help with my recovery. I was nervous the first day, and he listened to my concerns and talked me through my anxiety. Jeff is a warm and wonderful person who genuinely cares about his patients.

The Axes Ballwin office is a wonderful facility for PT. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Emily the manager is the most caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable PT that I have ever worked with. She is able to get me back to 100% in minimal time. I highly recommend this office.

The staff at Axes has been amazing. Comfortable is not generally a word you would use for having somebody poke, prod, and push on you whenever you are injured, but these guys know how to do it correctly. They make you feel right at home. They have been very patient and they know just the right things to do and how far to push you. I would recommend this company to anybody getting physical therapy.

Logan is the best! I had a lot of pain in my shoulder from unknown reason. He knew the right stretches / exercises and how much to push me each time. Very professional as well as his positive attitude wore off onto me.
