Avera Human Performance Center - Sioux Falls

I have been to this urgent care 3 times in the past couple months (my family has been unlucky lately, I guess!) All 3 times we’ve had an amazing experience. Two of the times were with Ryan Slaba, and he was very informative and supportive. The other time was with Rich Zieske who took great care of us late at night. Tara, who is an athletic trainer but was filling in as receptionist that night, helped us get my daughter in, who we found out later had broken her femur. She is doing physical therapy there now with Scott, and that has also been a great experience. Thank you all so much!

Could barely walk, they had walk ins (no pun intended) at 8 am. Had X-rays by 8:15. 8:20 doctor is already in the room discussing results and plan. Amazing experience. I hate visiting the doctor but this experience was top notch. Dr. Slaba was exceptional.

This place is awesome! A few months ago, I thought I had torn my rotator cuff. On a Friday night at 8, I got right in. Service was great, employees were very professional, place was clean, and best of all, no torn rotator cuff! I'm glad you guys moved in here !

I had two horrible experiences - one with Abby a PT - and last Friday with Ryan Slabaa- he should never never work with people - rude- not helpful- I went to ER after that - I will do a separate amazing review for my current PT- he should not be lumped in with them - I don't plan on ever using that walk in clinic again

Impressive facility. Quality physical therapy. Shoutout to Shaun and team for the help.

Fell on some ice and walked in to the urgent care. Very nice staff, quick and efficient with x-rays, explanations and care for my ankle.

don’t ever come her i spent 1 hour waiting to get looked at and there where only 4 people all together that where waiting do not come here.
