We have been with Aveanna several years now and in those years I can honestly say Mr. Martin G. and his staff have done their absolute best for my daughter. Our scheduler is always keeping us informed on any possible changes that may occur and she is always working with our current nurses to make sure they have all they need. Mr. Martin G. is always available to talk and listen to any concerns we may have and he is always looking to provide the best solutions for both the families and the nursing staff. Although we have had some hiccups I can honestly say they were taken care of in a professional and efficient manner. I appreciate all that our scheduler and the rest of the staff has done for my daughter.

Aveanna nurses have been absolutely amazing with my daughter throughout the years! The therapists are phenomenal as well, my daughter has gotten so much stronger! Everyone from the office to the nurses and therapists have been so helpful, understanding and caring!

I’m a BSN RN and really enjoy working for Aveanna in Temple. As a military wife and mother I was looking for a flexible schedule. The clinical scheduler team is understanding and cooperative when it comes to creating my monthly schedule, that not only fits my needs but also the needs of my clients families. I work side on side with a great team of nurses that value communication as much as I do when it comes to patient care. I like the educational programs Aveanna has to offer. At first, I was worried that I cannot practice most of my nursing skills working within the home-health care field. Thankfully, the office staff understood my worries and allowed me to work with a variety of clients, including clients that require high skilled nursing care. I like how Aveanna’s works with each nurse whether they like to provide care for only one or more clients. I also enjoy working with my clinical managers, they are very supportive if I have questions. As a foreign nurse I feel included, valued and supported by the clinical team. Great place to work and grow!

I just want to take some time to give Kudos to my Scheduler Justin Montalbo. Justin is so approachable and considerate. Whenever I go into our office, he is always ready to greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. He always treats me with respect. He works hard to ensure my patient’s needs are met. As an RN employed with Aveanna it has been a pleasure working with the staff and patients alike. The staff are upbeat, patient and tolerant as well as very understanding. They work with you to try and find a fit for you. When they say they will do something they follow through. I would definitely recommend Aveanna for any nurse seeking a job working with pediatric patients.

My experience with Aveanna health Temple office has been nothing but excellent. I am so honored to belong to such an amazing company. The management board is very experienced and they are role models. I have been working with the company for the past couple of months and it's has been a great company to work with so far. The staffs are very professional, good listeners and are willing to accommodate your schedule. Destiny Hicks has gone above and beyond to make sure we have supplies in a timely fashion to provide care. She is the type of coordinator you can ever wish for. She makes you feel appreciated and values your thoughts and oponions most especially the care we offer to the clients. Destiny has been my scheduler for my time being with Aveanna, I enjoyed working with her more than any manager I have worked with in my nursing career. She cares about her staffs and always check and make sure they are doing okay. If you are looking forward to build your career in home health most especially pediatric, Aveanna health is the right place.

Been working at Aveanna since 2018 and it has been the greatest experience of my career. Mary and Shannon in the front are amazing and so efficient and Kelly is so helpful when I have charting/assessment questions! Anthony has been invaluable while he has been my scheduler. He is efficient in his work and communication and it is refreshing to work with someone who is respectful of my time and schedule and who checks in to make sure my needs as a field nurse are being met. I cannot imagine having been at this company this long without him. 11/10 would apply here again
