Aveanna Healthcare

We have been using Aveanna off and on for over 3 years for speech and OT. I do agree with some other posters that communication can sometimes be a challenge in such a large office, but we have always been able to get things scheduled and sorted out between contacting our primary therapist and emailing with office staff. For me, the most important thing is that they are committed to being affirming and accepting of all children and diagnosis. They have pursued staff training in neurodiversity affirming practice, and have never used any negative or consequence-based methods with our kid. They have been flexible and supportive in their approaches and I truly can't imagine getting therapy anyplace else! Lauren the OT and Kristin and Emily in speech therapy are all amazing people and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have been calling and filled out paperwork to have my son records to me so I can get him the help he needs and for his new school. It have been 2 weeks now and I still have not gotten the records. I call there and the receptionist AGGIE hangs up in my face every time. When I call from another number she said she could not hear me. Very unprofessional and they need to give my son records.
