Avanti Body is amazing! Barbara and her staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and professional, the building is clean and well organized, and they have so much to offer. My mom and I joined last month, and I’ve already lost 17 pounds! I love the red light sessions along with the Avanti 20 program with my trainer Gina, she’s the best! I’ve learned so much from her already, and I’m so excited to continue my personal training sessions. Check this place out, you’ll love it!

Excellent experience using state of the art machines! The owner and staff were knowledgeable and warm from the moment I arrived. The red light therapy was so amazing. Im definitely going back.

Avanti Body is wellness galore! I love the relaxing feeling when I'm receiving red light therapy; the anti-aging process makes my face feel young; the fab shaker help shakes away my cellulite and more; and the the Chirothin has worked wonders for me! NO high-pressure sales just kind professionals who explained all the services they offer. I love the staff and their personal customer service. Don't just try one service Avanti Body offers, try several and you'll know why I consider this place to be a complete wellness program!

Everyone is helpful,friendly and professional. Takes the time to answer your questions. This technology although not brand new..it is new to many people. We (I) will have many questions. The staff is knowledgeable about the services provided and willing to explain the why and how. It is great to have these services accessible.

***** Updated 10/4/24 ***** I received a phone call from the manager after posting my review. She apologized & explained my appt was booked incorrectly & offered for me to come try them out again. I did reschedule & unfortunately had to cancel (via email) the day before due to a work conflict. The email response advised to call to reschedule, I did so on aTuesday 9/24 (they're closed) and left a detailed message & asked for a call back to reschedule. Additionally I replied to the email confirmation requesting a reschedule, the automated response said "Your reschedule request has been recieved", this was on 9/22. As of today 12 days later....NO CALL BACK. NOT IMPRESSED Frustrated & Disappointed. Watched the 'mandatory' videos that were emailed & completed waiver/consent on-line, I had great expectations & felt prepared for my initial (free visit). Day of appt., walked in & wasn't greeted, had to wait at the counter for an employee to come out. In the process of her checking me in, she took a phone call, I sat down & was ignored even after she walked by me to speak w/ another co-worker. An employee came down the hall, asked me my name & took me down the hallway. Went into a red light room, she said she would be back shortly. I had to stop her & explained it was my 1st visit. ** the videos explained 1st step was a full body scan/analysis, followed by red light, vibration plate and lastly back to the body scan** She didn't offer any education/info. other than how to drape towels over body for red light & listening options (spa sounds etc.) Hard to relax/concentrate when I could hear a food wrapper being opened & chewing sounds. Red light was relaxing for the most part. Tech asked if I'd LIKE to try the vibration plate, I declined (what was the point when steps weren't followed.) She told me to meet her at front counter. She was not there, but the initial employee who ignored me, I politely declined scheduling any other visits/treatment. So were the educational videos incorrect or did multiple people drop the ball. Such a frustrating initial experience and POOR customer service.

I realized very early in the consultation that I wasn't able to fit the time in my busy schedule 3 times a week. So to spend 279.00 monthy was not a good fit for me. They said I may as well do the Red light since I was there. I agreed but opted to leave right after. The pads slide off it was actually alot of work to keep them on. The conversation after was very condescending. The lady was upset that I wouldn't stay for the roller step and the body scan. They pitched their diet plan. I declined and looked at me and said you deserve to be healthy in an elevated voice. Don't pay the $29 in advance to be held up. I like no pressure sales. It's nice to be nice.

Hi there. I’ve been with Avanti Body since August 2022. It has been an exciting and helpful experience. After my leave of two months, I had returned because I missed red light therapy. I have knee pain and the therapy helped me. I’ve tried different options that Avanti body offers and I feel great. I signed up for an anti aging treatment. There is a variety of treatments you can choose from. Also, I tried the Avanti 20 which is a 30 minute equipment workout. This targets important areas on the body for strength and toning. But now I’m taking another leave due to knee surgery but I’ll be back as soon as I can because this will help me heal faster. Just give it a try and commit to letting it work for you. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. Let Avanti Body help you. I love it.

I’m absolutely loving my visits at Avanti. The staff is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring everything I was looking for. I go there because I need to reduce my stress and chill and that is exactly what I do. I ask a lot of questions and they always answer them completely and with respect to my concerns. You will never find a place where customer service is key except for them. Your success is their number one goal. Yes it’s a little pricey but oh so worth it when it comes to your health you’re worth the investment. Update after just over a month; I’ve had an issue with high blood pressure and the doctors keep wanting to put me on medication but I have refused every time. Took my blood pressure last night and happy to report that it’s down from 145 to 153/93ish to 124/62. Definitely no BP medication for me. 👍
