Terrible first experience! Just had appointment at 9am, arrived 10 minutes before that and the door was closed. I made several calls for office number and got no answer. Terrible first experience, waited around 30 minutes and still nothing! Wasted time! They also called me for confirm the appointment.

Carson the worst doctor , was the main reason of my son’s suffering because of his bad treatments and carelessness. I highly recommend to stop dealing with this facility for the sake of your kids

The worst service ever , the worst doctor ever, they didn’t respect patients or appointments. They are not cooperative . They are discriminated. Run away from this unprofessional clinic. That are the main reason of my son’s knee problems

Bad experience, bad treatment, careless doctor, unprofessional staff, bad attitude . They stole my money from insurance and didn’t give me my service.

Michael Carson is the worst doctor I have ever delt with. Had my first appointment and he was completely unprofessional. Brushed me off acting like my spinal cord stroke wasn't a big deal. He stated after 2 minutes of seeing me I don't have atrophy in my neck and shoulders. I've been seen by very high level doctors stating the opposite. I've have dozens of mris, emgs, and others tests proving I do. He had the audacity to even say "why are you here? You'll never be normal again." this doctor should be in jail. STAY AWAY

The reception and front desk folks are very nice and helpful. The pts have a set routine placing you with a small, vibrating machine then giving you a handout with preprinted exercises to follow. Questions about your own exercises and routines are dismissed, just follow the handout, do what you can…. that’s it. Go to the gym and get a personal trainer if you take responsibility for your own health and want to be well. Watch YouTube videos from physical therapists who explain and give you actual solutions.

I am very concerned. They are open and during this virus period I have legit concerns. They should do zoom appts. It would be my first appt. once I get that done then they will give me exercises to do. I am stuck. Good they are open and work with people who are experiencing a discomfort. But mine is minor yet sore knee enough to need their guidance. It’s not their fault but The frustration s because of my injury .i hope my referral can be extended 6 months so that I can attend my first appt. It’s not safe for me to go being 60 years old.for safety reasons they should do Zoom appointments( on line visualization) The staff have been the most dearest people to discuss my appt with. I have no doubt when I finally get there: it will be rockstar. It’s just getting to the first appt.....
