Wanted to thank the Nursing and Adminstrative staff at Autumnwood of McBain especially : Renae Esenga RN, Rikki Fauble, Emily Luhers RN Munson Hospice and Dana Tavelbee for the wonderful care they provided for my father Tony McCleery. I will be forever grateful.

I am truly pleased to have the privilege of experiencing my 2nd multi-week rehab stay here at Autumnwood. I highly recommend all age groups to consider spending some time here following post op surgery procedures. The staff will work with you to prepare and ensure that you are strong and safe to return home to complete your recovery process. I, personally, grade all features and services of Autumnwood with a 5-star rating. The facility's management, physical therapy, nursing, food prep, house cleaning, laundry and medical staff put forth a 110% effort everyday you are here as a resident. Their mission, and commitment, is to take care of you and make sure you feel better. That always makes it a happy and peaceful experience for me while I'm staying here and healing. My Dad, 95 years old, experienced 2 falls in six months and both times was at Autumn Wood for Rehab. The first time he was there, it felt like he was family. He was treated with kindness and love. The staff there are incredible people, who work so very hard. I live out of town and visited often, and believe me, called often to check on him! They were also respectful of my concerns and always followed through with any of them. I was impressed by their ability to manage their residents and also show the care for my Dad. I am forever grateful for their support, service and dedication to assisting in my Dads recovery. I do have to thank Day nurse Renae Eisenga I say “save the day Renae”, love her! She lights up the room when she comes in and literally takes control and then fixes anything with a smile, adds humor that is infectious! Willa, you are an amazing human thank you for your Grace and Papa adores you! Angie!!! you are my hero and cannot thank you enough for your care. Kara from therapy, you just Rock girlfriend ❤️. Amanda, Curtis and everyone appreciate you all he is doing great and you all deserve a thank you 🥰

Autumnwood is a wonderful facility with kind, caring staff. This was Mom's second time there, both following surgeries, so short time for rehab. Excellent therapy, fantastic care. Would highly recommend Autumnwood for short term or long term care.

My husband was in the very best care while doing physical therapy!! Both of us are so very happy with all that took care of him, I know I will probably miss someone's name but Denny and I would like to thank the amazing nurses, Cena's and physical therapy ladies he is so much stronger and can be at home thanks to their dedication and hard work, THANK SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING !!! I am in Autumnwood for a rehabilitation stint to strengthen my legs and regain the ability to walk. The staff is wonderful. They are also helpful and kind. I do feel that they need more employees but the ones they have work so hard to care for everyone. I do both occupational and physical therapy. By the second day with both I was able to stand with a walker and two days later I was able to walk with the walker a short distance. Every day is showing improvement. I am so grateful for the work they are doing with me. The food could be better but this is coming from a picky eater. They do ok for the number of people they have to feed plus they have options if you don’t like something. I really have no negative comments. I am only here for a short stay but I would definitely recommend. Every staff member has been wonderful.

Thank you to all the wonderful people ay Atumnwood. They took great care of my mom. Always friendly and accomodating, and very helpful.

Father was here for rehab after hip surgery. We feel the care he received was very good. We were extremely satisfied with the therapy department and the way they cared for him and took time with him . The facility was clean and well kept.
