Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre

I recently started at Autumn Ridge as the Assistant Director of Nursing Services. I have been so impressed with the level of care & attention that the residents receive. This facility already feels like home & I am so glad to be apart of the team here!

This facility is truly special! The family atmosphere is so evident. The residents are so loved here!

Nice facility! Staff are very engaged with residents and it is evident they receive good care.

+staying in a rehab, recovering from a broke bone can be stressful. But the staff at Autum Ridge where great. ,thoughtful and pleasant. The physical therapy team worked with me and got me going. I particularly liked the biscuits an gravy every Friday. I'm thrilled to be going home, but I really appreciate the staff here for helping me get there.

My Mother tested Positive for Covid. Neither my Brother or Myself were ever Notified. Also Hippa Violation...the person who was told (again) was not my Brother or Myself. I called to get an update on her once finding out and was told she was doing okay and she would have the Nurse call me...I never received a call. How many others have tested positive and the families were never informed. My Mother has Dementia. She likes to walk and of course being quarantined she can not do that. Mentally she will not understand what is happening. We have had some very caring staff that have let her talk to me on the phone when she would become upset. I don't feel that will be the case with her in quarantine. I totally understand the safety and rules that have been in place due to the Corona outbreak...I work for a facility with Three Doctors. At this point I'm questioning the care my Mother is receiving. Family members should be notified, that is our loved ones we are entrusting to this staff.

Yes my my experience here at Autumn Ridge was very helpful everybody was very nice and it's awesome place for Rehab.

Wonderful staff, great therapy. Nursing staff caring & understanding. Highly recommend this facility.

I had my mother in law in there. It is the worst nursing home that I have ever seen. She wasnt clean or bathed. Her sheets and bedding not changed. I got in her drawers and found her hygiene items that were never opened. I watched and a week later still not. I watched as she wanted to go to the bathroom 20 minutes no one came. I walked down to the desk they all were messing with their eye lashes. Finally they looked at me and went to help her. Left her in in the bathroom. I had to remind them she was in there. I took her out. The care they give is poor. They way they treat their residents is beyond poor. Worst place ever.
