I loved the kids. Warning the company will make up lies about honest employees. Lots of shady things behind the scenes and a lack of transparency. In my experience, they are not about helping the kids get better, but more about keeping their clients so the money will come in. They need Jesus!

My son shares my email for YouTube the reason you don’t see my name ( I’m Daisy ) my son was receiving services for more than four years. the program at the beginning was great specially we had a good team the supervisor for several years was Isabel in San Bernardino county she was always full of ideas and very professional she would be challenging my boy to do new things she would run sessions with my son with our everyday therapist which she was also great and sweet Cynthia Snd my son learned a lot from them then the COVID pandemic changed everything that specific year we had the same te@m for half of the year and everything was working fine even when we had to changed to zoom session the sessions were fine never had issues with WiFi but then they made a changed of supervisors during zoom sessions @nd when they did that they work good for a few months and the new supervisor venessa Guzman and Angele started a new assessment they gave me the results and Vanessa said she had to cut hours because my son had no aggressions during that time I hardly talk to her and ask her for new techniques for aggressive behavior and she said we didn’t need it because he didn’t have aggression in one month which I explained because of the changes my son was beginning to show signs of aggression she said no your son is okay well the following days he bit me so hard in my wrist /arm that he hurt my insight hand nerves that I couldn’t move my hand for two weeks my son is 15 so just imagine when she asked me if I was okay with the assessment outcome and I said no because he hurt me and you took away hours she said well I’m the one making the decisions and I said no you don’t need more hours of service and that stays like that and I responded well I just need a copy of the assessment until this day I have not received anything the second thing that happened was that the communication in zoom was not working properly then i got a new therapist for an everyday session and I had no idea if it was my server or theirs I asked for time and they told me well one supervisor (angel tovar she is always understanding ) called me and they said will give you some days to fix your internet which I. Try to even change the company’s if I had to for better WiFi well the second time they called me the said well due to internet issues we can not provide services for your kid online anymore we have to terminate you . So I had no choice they kick him out . Well I’m surprise that Vanessa the supervisor in charge never called me to give me the news she would always send the sweet and professional angel it seems to me that this is unethical … they didn’t even took in consideration the years that my son was there getting services PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS SUPERVISOR VANESSA AS YOUR CASE PROVIDER THE AGENCY NEVER CONTACT ME TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED WHICH SURPRISED ME MAYBE THEY WERE NEVER AWARE OF PEOPLE WORKING UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL
