Thorough work! Good pt’s friendly, clean place. Loved my experience once i got there! (Uber dropped me at the address they gave me and then i had to walk for 15 munutes to find the place, super confusing.) if it is your first time, call them and ask them for further detail because just the address will be trouble.

Pegah Shams and her team at the physiotherapy center are simply outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to patient care is truly impressive.

My experience at APTS has been outstanding. Pegah, along with the entire team, has been instrumental in my recovery journey. She developed a personalized treatment plan that’s helped me make significant progress, and the support from everyone at the clinic has been amazing. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend APTS for anyone looking for effective and compassionate physical therapy!

APTS central was my choice for therapy and man did I hit the nail on the head this group of specialists were on their game. I came in damaged and after three months came out alot better, and I still have time remaining on the clock to go back and get some more.Thanks to my therapist Malisa she made sure that I was doing things right, and to Pegah who took great care when it came to my manuals was very good at hitting the spot. My name is Margie N Simmons, a patient of Austin Physical Therapist, APTS, 7801 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, Tx 78752 since 3/2023. I was injured 12/2022. My previous therapist no longer offered water as his form of treatment because he had moved to a different location. Therefore, he referred me to APTS to utilize your water therapy. When I initially came, I was using a walker because I was severely injured. Petrebea was my intake therapist and serves as my therapist, then it was Pedro. I was assured that I could try different therapists or utilize the same when feasible, but I was comfortable w/ Petrebea or Pedro. Both individuals provided me w/ the utmost medical care working with my lower extremities. I attended 2 -3 times per week for several months, until I was stronger to utilize my cane. Petrebea was eventually assigned to the new north location, therefore, they assigned me to Pedro. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient with seniors, just like Petrebea. I became stronger and stronger with each session. He assisted me with the soreness, pain, my balance, my strength, and walking steadily using different type of water exercises. I was able to remove my cane at the end of 2023. There were others there that provided me with excellent medical care. Eventually, Pedro left to pursue another position. Since Jan 2024, I have been receiving maintenance care about twice per month. The therapists, Pegah, Desiree, Jung, etc, are very compassionate with the patients at APTS and concerned about the well-being of their patients. One incident I recalled, last year while I was showering, I moved the shower chair which resulted in a loud noise, immediately one of the staff, Melisa, came and said, “Are you all right.” She heard the noise and thought I had fallen but came immediately. The staff has always treated me with care, compassion, with positive attitudes, and they are excellent hard workers. Currently, I am seeing Pegah and she has the same type of attitude, with care and concern with her patients. Previously, a few months ago I was having some medical issues w/ my right calf and hamstring, but most of that have diminished with the water treatment. I am getting stronger daily. The front desk staff are extremely patience and concerned about the health of their patients. When I started in March 2022, I had some issues with one therapist, also with my medical insurance. I was so impressed how Catalina, who works in the office, handled and resolved the issues. I never experienced that issue below. Previously, she also coordinated many of my appointments, insurance matters and other admin issues. Currently, Adele and Alexis at the front desk handle my appointments, my check ins and other admin issues with excellent customer service, especially with compassion and concern about me. Each time I arrive Adele always has a huge smile and greets others the same. This is a great facility for therapy. I am so grateful and thankful to work with such great medical staff for over 15 months. These staff members go beyond their job requirements to make sure the patients are provided with the best medical care. Thanks, APTS for providing such great medical care for many others in a persistent manner.

I do not recommend this physical therapy place, the lady who works in front is pedantic, she gives you an appointment sheet to check that you have made an appointment and then you go to your appointment she says that there is no appointment for you. AND IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU ALL THE COMPLETE APPOINTMENTS THAT YOUR DOCTOR RECOMMENDS. Apart from that, the MAIN THERAPIST who evaluates the exams begins to criticize your illness with the other women who help with the therapy there. And with therapy, only the first appointment that evaluates the other appointments they only tell you what to do and they leave you a timer and you have to do therapy alone, and they attend reluctantly. MAY BAD SERVICE, compared to other therapy places that do care about your health and that your therapies are complete, here with them it is not like that.

It was great and acted like they are your best friend and then they turn on you in a heartbeat without empathy ! Don’t take their word for it if you need to make a payment arrangement for visits that are expensive they won’t trust you and or give you an option to see them so they just cancel your appt instead of asking if you can pay to see them . I thought they cared but it seems they don’t . And the therapist play around too much . I’m not posting this cause I’m retaliating I’m posting as a warning . Be ready to pay or they won’t see you . I get all the rules and I even warned them I couldn’t pay but they said they could help and the made me feel as if I can’t be trusted after I had already paid a large amount of money ! And my hubbys card was on file. I suffered from herniated disc and that was traumatic enough I was finally making progress and now I have to see another therapist and start all over again ! How inconvenient! I drove from Buda to see them cause I was having amazing progress !!!!! Even though they played too much I still enjoyed the therapy and pool therapy ! And to add to it all they never checked if they took my insurance and never called me back to let me know the answer , thanks a lot . Glad im not being treated where I go now . And I don’t need feedback either from this review . Please don’t respond to me . You already upset me enough as it is .

The therapists and receptionists are very friendly and welcoming! They were patient and helpful with all of my concerns and questions. I definitely recommend this place!
