The physical therapy team is top notch. They work hard and they really care. The rest the the staff is warm and friendly.

Our mom has been at RH&R for several weeks now, following a hospitalization. What we and what she has experienced so far is that everyone at this facility does care. There are a lot of moving parts in rehabilitation care and all of the parts are essential and important. I would like to take the time to recognize Flo Feeler. She is a med tech that works with my mom in the advanced recovery wing of the facility. Flo is always pushing my mom to do what is needed to get her to feeling better and getting stronger. And does so with such care. She is appreciated on both the patient side of things and the family.

This Christmas isn’t what our family expected. While my dad was admitted, my mother was taken to the hospital by ambulance twice. My dear sister, who’s a single mother of twins, was trying to hold it all down and take care of the horses, her animals, and the farm - all while trying to prepare for the freezing weather. My brother and cousin sprang into action to help out with the twins, I live in Florida but due to the weather, I was unable to get an early flight home. Enter HOPE. When I called to check on my dad a very kind lady was more than willing to assist. When I asked for the caregiver name she said, “Hope”. I knew we would be ok. She gave me an update and checked on him for me. Giving our family peace that he was being well taken care of by good people. What else could you Hope for? Thank you Hope and the good folks at the Rolla Health & Rehabilitation for helping our family have some peace knowing daddy is being well taken care of. Thank you god for giving us Hope. Love the staff and how well they care for my mother. The food is good and they try to incorporate fresh, seasonal produce. However, even after I've mentioned multiple times at her care plan meetings, her bed will be left unmade and dirty. I wish they would do better so I could give them 5 Stars

Every person from sign in to Shadow the friendly dog are top notch. They genuinely show they care for their patients. Shout out to Dawn Travis-Little who has my father laughing and smiling. Very confident with the Care Plan in place for my father's rehab for pelvic fractures.

Not even 1 star. I wouldnt put anyone in here they are disrespectful they have been stealing money from my loved one not helping her get better. Not even helping her move her belongings out because they are stating that it's the law that when someone leaves their facility without professional advice they are not allowed to help them. I've worked in nursing homes for 11 years and never heard that in my entire life. We are supposed to respect our elders and treat them with care like we are trained to do. So this place will never get any business of ours ever. They are not a care facility

Four Years ago my mother passed away at this facility from multiple Myeloma bone marrow cancer. She was in and out of this facility as she would only stay on her bad days after treatment. Our entire family took turns traveling two hours and longer to visit her here. She was very happy and never complained. She enjoyed the staff and the dignity and respect and compassionate care they provided her. A few days before she passed she used her last breaths to say "McCutchen" which is the road Rolla Health and Rehab is located on. Hospice contacted Rolla Health and Rehab and I drove her 2 hours from her home to the facility and they helped her from the car and into bed where she passed two days later. Before she passed the staff called me and notified me it was getting close so that our family could be there. My family and mother had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing care for their loved ones. I have visited individuals at this facility and it is running smooth, clean and still a friendly home like atmosphere.
