I came to Auria 11 weeks after my third birth. I had 4cm diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and a bone-deep hopelessness about my prospects for healing, let alone fitting into some jeans. THANK GOD for Summer!! She immediately made me feel like we could handle all of this — what a relief! Six weeks later, my DR is down to 2.5cm, my back pain is gone, and I am wearing PANTS, baby! The clinic itself is warm and relaxing and personal. So grateful I found this place!

I'm so lucky that I found Dr. Sasha! I threw out my back several months ago and was on a long waiting list at a general clinic to get PT. I needed help right away and found Auria Pelvic Health from a quick Google search. I was postpartum with 2nd child and felt like I could kill two birds with one stone and get my pelvic floor assessed at the same time as I rehabbed my back. Turns out, my pelvic floor was completely shut down and the back issues I had stemmed from that. Had I gone with another provider without a pelvic health specialty, my issue would have been completely missed. Doing internal pelvic floor work has the potential to be invasive or awkward, but never with Dr. Sasha. She made sure I was comfortable each time and gave me exercises to do at home. I found her office to be a sanctuary -- she listened, asked good questions and never judged. Simply put, she listens to women. I'm now on the other side and thanks for Dr. Sasha, feel 100%. I'd recommend her to any woman who needs pelvic floor work or PT. Her staff at the front desk is also amazing -- super customer service friendly, easy to make appointments, and prompt with any questions. Big shout out to Ami! Run don't walk to Dr. Sasha! She'll change your life, just like she changed mine.

I feel lucky to have found Dr. Sasha while I was postpartum (google search🙌). I had an unplanned C-Section, and had chronic tailbone pain which was a pre-existing condition prior to my pregnancy. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she’s kind and compassionate and a great teacher🤩! I learn so much about my body & my pelvic floor after every session, and I’m still shocked at how little we are taught about our pelvic floor when it’s so important to women’s health! Apart from working through my c-section scar tissue, she found answers to a lot of my postpartum issues related to the pelvic floor. I can’t recommend her enough😊! Dr Sasha really cares about women’s health and she’s constantly studying and curious on what’s the next thing that’s going to help women.

I highly recommend Auria! I have been seeing Dr. Hannah for pelvic floor physical therapy weekly, for post birth rehab, and in 6 short weeks, have seen dramatic improvement. I thought living with pain was a new normal, but Hannah had corrected it with internal work and exercises that focus on my functional mobility. All the while, she is compassionate and gentle, understanding my limited time/energy for exercising as a new mom. I’m learning more about my body and how all things are connected, and this helps me be more thoughtful and intentional with my movement throughout the day. Hannah always explains the why behind something and gives analogies that make sense to a non-medical professional. When I told my OB about the pain, I was referred to Origins PT, but didn’t find much value in their virtual or in person appointments, nor connection with the 2 PTs I saw (booking process and insurance acceptance are great!). Auria has been a better experience, in that I am seeing results, my pain is gone, and I feel stronger and more connected to my body. Auria does not deal directly with insurance, and may be out of network for most. I was on the fence about the investment I would have to make, but on the other side, I am so glad I did, as living pain free is worth the cost. A bonus of this is that the practitioners can treat other areas, not just the referred reason you’re going to PT. Other positives: easy parking, very friendly front desk, online app to guide you through personalized exercise plan, and booking and receiving invoices are simple. I certainly recommend for postpartum recovery and personally wish I would have started during pregnancy.

This place is a game changer! Dr. Sasha is an expert in the field and she helped me recover from my two pregnancies and get me ready for the next one. I was told by an OB that some of the issues I was having were just the result of “having babies” and that to feel better the common option is to get a hysterectomy when I’m done having kids…insane. Fast forward to a different OB referring me to pelvic floor PT, one larger physical therapy firm and Auria Pelvic Health. I tried the other firm with a Pelvic floor PT in my insurance network, but it was clear that she had little experience and limited understanding, especially with internal work. So I went to Dr. Sasha next, wondering if PT could really help me after a disappointing first try. Dr. Sasha left me with complete confidence from day one. Within a couple months, my most stressful symptoms were gone and beyond that, I’ve become stronger and more confident that my next pregnancy and delivery will be better than ever. I highly recommend pelvic floor PT and especially recommend Dr. Sasha and Auria Pelvic Health as the best place in LA (and possibly anywhere, as this field is new, growing, and needing more doctors like Dr. Sasha who have the experience and understanding required to help women before, during, and after their pregnancies!). I can’t recommend them enough.

I have been seeing Dr. Hannah Seo for nearly two months now and she’s been incredibly helpful during my pregnancy. I started coming to her when I was 23 weeks pregnant because of some pelvic discomfort I was in. She’s helped me relieve it and has also helped with every other issue I’ve had come up, along with some preventative routines. Hannah has made my first pregnancy so much more comfortable than I thought it could be and I can’t thank her enough. She’s has a knack for making you feel comfortable and explains everything very well. I couldn't recommend her and Auria more!

I was recommended to come here in January of '24 after a diagnosis by my urologist. When it turned out all the issues I was having were a result of a tight pelvic floor, I couldn't believe it because I'd never even heard those words before. That being said, Dr. Sasha and the team had me fully back to normal within a few months. They're professional, kind, experienced, and I can't recommend their services enough!

I am 7 months pregnant and wanted to find a pelvic floor therapist to help me prep for my first baby. I love this place! The staff is so warm and welcoming. Summer taught me a lot about pelvic floor health and gave me at-home exercises too. I highly recommend this place!!
