Aura’s Therapy Center

The therapist was wonderful, but the service was terrible. They never informed me when therapy sessions were canceled. Several times, I called only to find out that the therapist wouldn’t be there, and no one bothered to call me in advance. However, if we cancel, they say a fee might be charged. Once, I called and was told that my therapist no longer worked there. I’m not upset about the change of therapist, but about the lack of communication and genuine interest in helping. I felt deeply disappointed because they didn’t take something so important to me seriously. As a mother with unique challenges, I don’t have time to waste. This isn’t a joke—I’m serious about my child’s treatment, but it was clear they weren’t. Their disregard made it clear that they only care about the money.

So grateful to find this place. My 2 year old loved it from day 1. But mostly grateful because my daughter came to this place at 2 years not speaking a single word she's been here 4 months and is already saying so many words I thought i would never hear. Thank you so much to therapist Dielka, thanks to you now my Gianna calls me Mama.For ever grateful 🙏

Aura’s Therapy center is a wonderful place. They offered a wide range of therapies, We had great experiences here, everyone was extremely friendly. They have such a great team for their patients. The waiting room was also very comfortable with Disney movies playing for my youngest while we waited. I highly recommend this small therapy center to everyone. My son did extremely well here and we were sad to graduate but the progress made is undeniable.

So i have nothing good to say about this center all they care about is “money” if your kid or parent gets sick they will kick you out my son always gets sick and we are trying to figure out why and he missed a lot of therapy due to him being sick so it also affected my daughter going and i don’t want to spread a sickness into the center and THEY DO NOT CARE! THEY JUST CARE ABOUT GETTING PAID! shame on them!!! Also if your kid goes to Auriela Cole academy and if they miss or even go to school they have someone stalking your kids and parents in the morning seeing if they are really are sick STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

If you want to be treated like family go to Aura’s therapy center. They really care about your child’s needs. My child has been going to the clinic for various months and it has helped tremendously. He loves his therapist and is always asking when we are going back. I’m grateful for the owners and the staff they are always so helpful. This place is the therapy center we all should have for our special need children. They are truly special. I am grateful for them.

My 14 year old daughter has been going to this office for some time and I am beyond grateful. Ever since she was small I knew something was off with her speech but doctors always said it was the cause of being bilingual. I met the owner Zuly and she advised me of evaluating her just to be sure it wasn't a tongue tie. After a couple weeks of speech therapy and being evaluated her tongue tie finally became visible. Her tongue tie was very thick but small which made it very difficult for the pathologist Gisella to detect. She was automatically referred to a specialist to have it removed and even he was in shock that it was found. Hearing the difference of how she talks now, brings tears to my eyes still. She is not 100% yet of course, but she's been talking like that all her life and Gisella has helped her so much. The fact that a teenager doesn't mind going here for therapy and she proudly says "I take speech therapy at Aura'sTherapyCenter" means a lot. She loves the therapists there, the front desk secretary Enida, I think is spelled it right, is such a sweetheart. The attention and the friendliness of the staff is amazing. The way they care for the children and the love they have for what they do has no words. It is always very clean and they go above and beyond for the kids they always celebrate their birthdays and holidays. The owners really take care of all the kids to make them feel at home. I really recommend Aura's Therapy Center to all moms with a child with special needs for speech and occupational therapy. You will not regret being there. It is the place to be!!!

Excellent service! Starting with the receptionist they are super kind and help you with the process on how to start and the therapist are wonderful and caring
