AUM Physical Therapy & Yoga Center

I was a bit skeptical but after my first appointment I was completely Amazed at how different their physical therapy was instead of only working on one area. I'm learning it's all connected and it's helping other parts of my body as well. So relaxing and full of education of how to keep our bodies align. Everyone should come and give this a try! You'll be thanking yourself just like I did!

I just finished Physical Therapy with AUM today. I was surprised to feel a bit of sadness to be finished despite feeling so much better than when I first started. These last couple of years have been pretty tough for me not only battling pain all over starting with my back, but also battling inner turmoil from major anxiety and several serious panic attacks. I was a tensed up mess to say the least. I didn't think I would ever feel good again and was in a constant state of stress. Today after finishing I am nothing but thankful for these lovely people and their unique facility that is full of true warmth and some of the kindest most attentive people on the planet. They create a wonderful healing atmosphere with vibes of positivity and happiness. They pay close attention to you while you go thru your routine and make sure you are making the correct movements and holding proper posture to get the most out of each exercise. The entire staff truly listens to you when you express concerns, ask questions, or even just chatting about day to day life. If I had to find a negative thing to say this review would never be completed. This place is really that great. I am a much more relaxed person and my back has improved immensely along with helping me find my inner peace and balance again. I am truly thankful and appreciative of the help and care I received at AUM.

Highly professional and friendly staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. The exercise program they developed for my back helped me tremendously. I really like the whole body and wellness approach. I incorporate many of those exercises into my daily exercise routine and I love it. Thank you Dhaval for providing such personal attention.

I have been through physical therapy before, I have taken both of my parents and my husband to physical therapy in the past. I have to say the whole body approach at AUM Physical Therapy is so much better than what I have seen in the past. I saw miraculous improvements. The staff actually pays attention to you to make sure you are doing your exercises correctly. And, they are all so very nice. I finished feeling equipped to continue at home. I am continuing to improve by following their program at home.

Highly recommend. The best therapist in town. The entire staff are very nice and friendly. Especially, they are care for all patients and relieved the pains like magic. Thank you so much Dhaval, and all the staffs for all the hard work and made my life pain free. Happy happy😊

Best PT in town! This is the third place I went to get PT and this is the best one in town!! Absolutely every single person in this facility is super friendly, never had not one bad experience with any employee. Not to mention that I started feeling improvement by day 1 and by the end of the week I was off my pain medication. I cannot explain how wonderful this place is, if I was ever to need PT again, this is the ONLY place I would go back to. Thank you AUM!!!!

I go three times a week and the doctor is so friendly and a good listener. He gives great advice and takes great care of the patient. The entire atmosphere in the center is calm and peaceful. The staff is very helpful and respectful. My pain has decreased substantially. I would definitely recommend this center!

Thank you AUM center for helping me make progress with my physical therapy! The exercises have helped my knee pain and the breathing exercises make me feel so relaxed. The entire staff genuinely care for your recovery. They never make you wait for your appointment which is totally aumsome!! Also, the office is a very clean environment.
