Auburn University Medical Clinic

I've visited the med clinic a few times during my time at Auburn, and each experience has been positive. The providers I've seen have been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, always recommending the most appropriate course of treatment. I've also received vaccines here, and I barely felt the needle thanks to the expertise of the provider. I will continue to come to the med clinic and recommend this office to my friends!

I can’t express in words how professional and very helpful everyone at the Clinic was! Dr. Cam was a delight and I appreciate his expertise and the time he took to explain the process and protocols involved. Lisa was a delight also. All of the staff that we interacted with were very pleasant. Thank also you for getting us in at the last minute. The Clinic is also nice! Many blessings to Dr. Cam and staff.

Despite disagreements over testing and prescriptions, staff is receptive and cares about patients and their perception of clinic, and encourages communication.

Came in around 2:00 & checked in. At 2:45 I was told I wouldn’t be seen until 4:20 so to come back at that time. I arrived on time & at 4:55 was asked if I’d been seen yet. Apparently my appointment was “skipped over” and I now have to come back tomorrow morning. I don’t understand how this can happen.

Absolutely amazing people!!! I've seen multiple providers here. And every last one was a 10/10. The nurses were always kind and understanding. This clinic is a gift to the community.

As a student I’ve had all good experiences here. The pharmacy staff is kind and helpful and has helped figure out insurance errors and let me know about price changes before filling medication. Mrs. Ginny Donald is a great PA-C and goes above and beyond. I always leave feeling better and like my bases are covered.

Most rude nurses I’ve ever met. I’m currently in nursing school at Auburn University, so I don’t totally understand the difficulty of the field, but I would never treat my patients the way I’ve been treated here. On multiple occasions, my symptoms have been belittled and they’ve rushed through my appointment (not giving me the assessment I needed) to move onto the next appointment. I’ve also had them rudely tell me that I’ve wasted their time after not coming with “proper paperwork” after I was told when making my appointment they would have the paperwork supplied for me.

I had a bad stomach virus and was severely dehydrated but thanks to Patie Keeney NP and all the nurses at the AU medical clinic they were able to give me IV fluids that helped with my recovery. I highly recommend AU medical clinic for all your medical needs
