I gave them 1 star only because it is the only way to post a review. I give them a negative star. Neglect and abuse by most nurses . I was a floor tech there I witnessed neglect and I am filing a report on the whole establishment. The Adminstrator is a rude arrogant disrespectful man . The residents are the only ones I have any respect for and I feel for them . They are not treated as humans more like puppets . I understand that all residents are not there for the same reasons but they are people and should be treated as such no matter the severity of their conditions. I urge you to not place your loved ones in this facility

i've heard that place treated my mother like trash for 3 years. she spent her last couple of weeks at a hospital then she died last week. i have a feeling this place had something to do with it

My sister was at this facility for almost two years. Because it was so far from her home town, I began trying to move her closer to home. I was finally able to move her after about 18 months of trying. I found out that the referral paperwork that was being sent to potential nursing home was not the correct information that was needed. Once I found that out, attalla then had to reassess my sister since they submitted wrong diagnosis that my sister did not have. The social worker Had to be asked repeatedly for information, and then she began to have an attitude with the new nursing home. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially with the social worker that they have.

Absolutely terrible communication. Lack of staff. Rude social worker who claims they werent aware of stuff..sounds like an internal problem to me. *we love certain people here who care* but this has been the worse experience. From the moving in process to now. He will be transferred to another facility. Do not take your loved one here if u love them and want good care and service!

Best sweetest most helpful nursing and reception and janitorial staff!!! Beautiful people all around!! Thank you Jesus and Bless all these lovely people who are working so hard to do for my sister and her husband what I can't! Amen

My mom went there and they didn't do much for here they told the insurance company she was not trying to get better so they sent her home. She is working with a home health care and they are doing the best they can but she really needed a rehab center because they have the right stuff there but I guess Attalla rehab does not have the equipment and the lyft system that they need to help people get up and on their feet and go take baths they didn't offer her anything but one thing for dinner she does not eat fish and they wanted to feed her that multiple times

Staff has a heart for healthcare! The nursing staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents have their needs met. Even weekly shopping trips to the grocery store if residents would like to have special items delivered to their homes. It's a home away from home.

My wife went in that PLACE the 18 of May .Two weeks later she died i was not contacted till she had passed away and wad flat out lied to.. They did not return her belonging. Will not answer any questions . I would not recommend those people to take care of a dog
