A.T.Services Therapy

Wait a month for an evaluation, the day of the evaluation no one knew about the apptointment. I had to wait for them to come forward, then the first therapy told me at 3pm and when I arrived again nobody had a schedule. Today was the second therapy and when we arrived nobody again had it on schedule and they tell me that they had to call the therapist to see if she coming back. When I tell them that this is a lack of respect and organization, they let me that therapists make their schedule. How are you going to tell me that if the appointment is given by the receptionist? I told them that I hiva to take out and they tell you this in your right you want a letter of termination of services. que!!!!!! They do not care about anything at all.

I'm very glad to be one of the happy parent of the A.T services outpatient at Homestead. I highly recommend this company any one looking for kids therapy services. This office has a very well trained and knowledgeable therapists who work hard to give our kids the opportunity to be as independent as possible in their lives.

Was going here for over a 1 yr and a half all of a sudden my therapist for my son didn't have the availability to see which was after school. He was approved for 3x weely 1 hr. I would of settled for another therapist but they had no other therapist for no timing after school low staff and no availability.

Absolutely horrible people!!!! My daughter was evaluated back in July and was supposed to start OT in September... The therapist never went to her school and never called me...I have never delt with a company who couldcare less about my about my child.
