Atrium Health Navicent Right on Track Pediatric Therapy

My child was supposed to be attending speech therapy Every Monday, same time. Well one Monday I go as scheduled and I was told my appointment for that week was canceled due to the therapist being out. Said someone was supposed to let me know a week prior.. I checked email, patient portal, voicemails, I was NEVER notified. So I was ready to stop right then and there. But the specialist manager apologized and basically begged me not to give up. Whatever! I give it another try. This Monday comes and I'm circling the parking deck trying to find parking. I called inside at 10:10 a.m. to let them know I was on my way in I just found a spot. They tell me they have a 7 minute grace period and they are strict on it. His appointment was at 10. They know the parking deck is usually full so 7 minutes is INSANE!!! I was STUCK behind one car for a good while because they were waiting on a family to load up in a car so that they can get their parking spot. So all in all another week of wasted time! I wish somebody would have been strict on making sure I was notified about the appointment that was canceled the week before so I didn't have to take off time from work, waste gas and my time to come up there. I'm over this place. Then the sessions only lasts for 30 minutes. Which, the 2 that we did make it to nothing got done. We were rushed out, you know how fast 30 minutes goes by?!? They did nothing that I don't already do at home so to miss time from work and have to do all that I have to do just to make it there just for a quick 30 minutes of nothing (because my child would not talk to the lady because she is a stranger) it's just not for us! By 30 minutes he'd be just getting warmed up to the lady but its over by then! I wish it would have worked out but I can't keep being stressed every Monday and be met with no consideration! Bump my time is what they say basically. If I choose to seek speech therapy in the future it will not be this place!!!! They are trash!!!

The guy that was in the front black guy I believe his name is MIKE OR MICHEAL OR SOMETHING HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED WITH NO PAY he has no respect for others and it’s sad very disrespectful
