I can't say enough about this place my dad was transported from macon hospital they got him well enough he could go to rehabilitation when I tell you the entire staff doctors nurses techs the Occupation therapist, Cora and other staff members physical therapist Sharess ,the speech therapist case manager Hunter congratulations to the new addition to your family can't remember everyone who helped put my dad back together again when I tell they did it in 2 weeks and they included me in all therapy was giving also all his meals where good food I also enjoyed making ice cream 🍦 Dr Scheetz you made sure what ever was needed we got !!! I can't thank you all for exceptional care you gave us if ever I know anyone who needs to get back on their feet I recommend you all God bless my dad is walking and doing those exercises he got from Cora and Sharess

If I could give zero stars, that would be it. This review is for the outpatient rehab facility on Elnora Drive. I had the most horrible experience here. I was told at my first visit I would be notified if my insurance didn't approve my 9 sessions. I was never contacted by anyone. I had completed 3 sessions before I heard from insurance they weren't going to cover any of the cost. I was left with a bill for $233 per visit that I now had to pay. On top of that, when I contacted them to ask why I wasn't told, nobody wanted to take responsibility. I was told I could get on a payment plan and that was the best they could offer me. It maybe would have been worth the money out of pocket if I felt like I gained anything at all from the treatments. I was seeing 2 different therapists for my 4 total visits and they weren't on the same page at all. I was told different things each time, some negating what I had been told the last time. It was a complete waste of my time and my money. I'm so very disappointed and frustrated; I was so hopeful going in they could help me with my problem.

My father was in there for about 2 weeks and most of the care he received was good. On My first visit the staff were rude and not helpful, a nurse falsely accused me of taking photos. The social worker “Jay” refused honor the POA or advanced directives in that he didn’t return phone calls about my fathers condition and care There was a nurses aide that yelled at and belittled my father for not getting up to use the bathroom, when he was told not to get out of bed without assistance, fortunately a Dr was in the room when the aide made the comments and the aide didn’t come back in the room.

I saw two different therapists at this location and they were very preofessional, compassionate, good at what they did and made me feel really comfortable with my exercises. I enjoyed coming to therapy and loved Linda! I feel a 100 percent better after my treatment.

The physical therapist and occupational therapist are really good. Jerome and Ester my PT and OT were great. Overall a well run facility. facility. Be ready to work hard which the whole readon to be there

Kathryn Sibley Thurston: The Rehab Hospital was fantastic. My husband, Clyde, had the best care, best rehab and exercise, the staff is kind, considerate, and very, very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you with all my heart for the amazing care of my Clyde!
